Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st tier support and monitor the telecommunication services including Data services, Mobile Value-added Service, Mobile Roaming, SMS, IDD and Retail Service
• Handle real time alarm and traffic performance monitoring to meet the service quality target
• Perform restorative actions for system failure to minimize service interruption
• Troubleshoot for the customers' complaints

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Good command in both spoken and written Chinese; fluency in English is a plus
• Willing to work on 7 x 24-hour in 3 shifts
• Fresh Graduates are Welcome
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineer Trainee/Assistant Engineer

You will be part of the Global Network Operations team, tasked with managing and maintaining the organization 0network infrastructure and automation services.

• Create and manage monitoring dashboards; respond to alerts effectively.
