Overview

Reporting to Supervisor and Team Manager, you will be responsible for tax compliance of assigned client portfolio. You will work closely with local and offshore CoE team to continuously meet client expectations, optimise the work process and maintain close contact with clients.

• Prepare corporate tax returns / computations, individual tax returns and withholding tax returns
• Verify assessments raised by the IRD and advise clients on payment amount and associated timeline
• Gather information for drafting reply letters to the IRD enquiries
• Arrange monthly billing, check issuance and tax payments
• Work closely with colleagues in various departments to follow up on audited accounts status, billings and accounts receivable matters
• Maintain up to date knowledge in statutory regulations by the IRD, identify and adapt quickly to changes in those regulations

Officer, Product Proposition (Fresh Grad Welcome) Responsibilities

• Generate and regularly update a knowledge base of customer insights and the medical insurance market through market watch, intelligence, and research, translate customer insights generated from research into actions and share it with internal stakeholders
• Closely monitor product trends and product mix of key players/competitors’ insights, provide comparative analysis or recommendations when necessary
• Track and trace performance of existing products, identify any gap and propose changes to enhance overall performance
• Follow product development governance and comply with regulations and requirements from any applicable local regulatory requirements and Bupa internal policies
• Maintain the accuracy of product development documentation (internal and external) and compile new product proposal, business case and product specification etc.
• Assist the team in the annual revamp projects, managing timelines, resources and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful delivery
• To assist and take the lead on any ad hoc project assigned by supervisor

• Educated to degree level with relevant insurance business qualifications or equivalent
• With at least 1-2 years’ insurance business and/or management experience, ideally including insurance product development experiences

What You'll Do
