Job Description- Complete all designated internal product, therapy and other company training as required.
- Support the education/training requirements of Healthcare Professionals. Plan, prepare, implement and evaluate training sessions in both formal and informal modes to promote competence and confidence in the use of Vantive products.
- In cases where patient interaction is required:
- Complete in hospital settings or, when visiting a patient's home, ensure they are accompanied by appropriate hospital staff or as approved by the Business Unit Director.
- Ensure no involvement in prescribing or medical management of patients. Support and training are only related to the technical use of Vantive products, equipment, or services.
- Provide first-line phone and/or on-site clinical/technical support/troubleshooting for equipment and products on an ad hoc basis to promote competence and confidence in Vantive products and equipment. Seek support from relevant team members as needed for timely resolution.
- Plan, prepare, promote, attend, and deliver workshops, seminars, and conferences using pre-approved materials.
- Document all training activities as per Vantive policy and procedure.
- Support and perform quality home visits for renal patients.
- Send home visit assessments to Healthcare Professionals.
- Follow up with Healthcare Professionals if required.
- Adhere to Vantive's adverse events reporting and product complaints procedures.
- Coordinate and follow up on inquiries and requests from the sales organization.
- Registered nurse, preferably with renal specialization.
- At least 1.5 to 3 years of related work experience preferred.
- Experience with calling on Healthcare Professionals.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

General Job description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Hong Kong SAR for a Case Management Nurse.

• Continuously update the Personal Medical Case Doctor regarding the status of the medical cases, as well as raising any problem or special situation in need of immediate attention to the Global Medical Director. • Establish a close relationship with the Patient and his/her family and be fully acquainted with his/her medical case. Be a positive driver in successful participation and work according to the highest service level agreements. • Assisting the Case Manager Doctors in the management of the cases and the Global Medical Director in the quality control process.
• Proactively identifying and monitoring the Patient and his/her medical condition and overall well-being: support in symptoms and complications management and care coordination support.
• Emotionally supporting the Patient and his/her family as they cope with the challenges presented by dealing with a significant medical journey.
• Referring and supporting patients with the management of their emotional stressand overall mental wellbeing as they cope with a serious medical condition.
