The appointee will work under the Admissions and Student Affairs Team, rendering assistance to student affairs and admissions. THE CHINESE MEDICINE HOSPITAL OF HONG KONG
The Chinese Medicine Hospital of Hong Kong (CMHHK) is a flagship Chinese medicine (CM) institution leading the development of CM including Chinese medicines (CMs) in Hong Kong. The CMHHK adopts a public-private partnership model. The HKSAR Government has financed the construction and selected the Hong Kong Baptist University as the contractor to incorporate the HKBU Chinese Medicine Hospital Company Limited as the operator to manage, operate and maintain the CMHHK.
The CMHHK is targeted to commence hospital services by phases at the end of 2025. The CMHHK aims to offer comprehensive CM care, ranging from primary, secondary to tertiary services, and promote advanced and specialised CM services. The CMHHK will pioneer integrated Chinese-western medicine (ICWM) services to cater to different patient needs. Inpatient, day-patient, and outpatient treatments and also community services will be offered by the CMHHK. Both Government-subsidised services and add-on market-oriented services will be provided to ensure accessibility and to meet the diverse healthcare needs of the community.
With a view to prioritising education, training, innovation and research, including collaboration with local and overseas universities to advance evidence-based clinical research and develop CM theories and clinical applications, the CMHHK is now looking for the following talent to join our team.
The CMHHK planning comes to commission stage II (Jan Dec During this stage, the CM Division in CMHHK starts to plan the CM pharmacy's details for the clinical services, training and research in the CMHHK. Responsibilities:
Report to the Deputy Hospital Chief Executive (Chinese Medicine) (DHCE(CM)) and be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide Secretarial Service to Chinese Medicine Division;
- Provide Secretarial Service to Medical Advisory Committee, Clinical Governance Committee, Education /Research Committee, and Clinical Management Committee;

(a)(i) a diploma or higher certificate in natural or applied science or a related subject (preferably in subjects related to the duties described below) from a Hong Kong polytechnic/polytechnic university or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education/technical institute/technical college, or equivalent; or (ii) a recognised diploma from an agricultural or forestry school/college, or equivalent, and one year's practical experience in farming or countryside/flora/wildlife management;
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 1), or equivalent; and

Duties:
A Field Officer II (Crop) is mainly deployed to perform duties relating to crop production, plant protection, irrigation, licensing and law enforcement, yield assessment, and extension work.

Terms of Appointment:
