About the Role

The Site Engineer / Inspector of Works (IoW) oversees on-site construction activities for hospitality projects, ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with approved architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and local building regulations

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in hospitality or high-end commercial projects in Hong Kong
• Familiarity with Hong Kong local construction practices
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural, structural drawings
• Communication and coordination skills in both English and Cantonese
