(Senior) Executive, Event Marketing
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of fund-raising programmes/events and network building initiatives
- Manage fundraising events from planning to execution, including campaign launches, drafting of appeals, speeches, press releases, social media content/posts, features and correspondences, liaison with internal and external stakeholders, etc.
- Produce high quality promotional and publicity materials, both print and digital, from content development to production
- Input donor database information
- Perform post-events follow up tasks
- Liaise with donors and corporations to explore sponsorship opportunities
- Prepare fundraising proposals and communication materials
- Explore regular donation channels which help provide stable income for the Kuk’s charitable services or maintain and monitor various donation channels regularly
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Manage fundraising events within deadlines and critical dates. (for Senior executive)
- A recognized degree in Marketing / Communications / or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience for executive position, preferably in the fields of fund-raising, marketing communications, or event management. Candidate with 5 years’ relevant experience will be considered as the senior executive position.
- Good command of speaking, listening and writing in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Role Description
This role is a key project host who aims to drive a marketing campaign /event marketing project with the team. He/she takes the lead to create and drive the projects from the preparation stage to completion by proposal, co-working and pushing the progress with the internal and external teams. It requires a high standard and quality of work.
Job Tasks
- Excellent language, communication, and office skills
- Able to drive a complete marketing campaign from proposal to execution and reporting stage with efficient and effective solutions through the progress
- Being a great listener, leader and follower who can drive the team with passion and vision
- All-rounded project coordination with the team, vendors, or relevant partners in setting the schedule and managing by the time
- Identifying and researching opportunities in the new and existing markets
- Writing full proposal based on client’s / teammate’s briefing backed by certain studies, facts, and trends on the market
- Being the event host to manage all on-site events, set-up, site inspection, or other preparation works
- Planning and communicating well with organised paperwork that helps to communicate and push the progress of the project
- Fixing problems by advising the best solution always and making things happen
- Supporting Luna's growth and development e.g., applicable marketing strategies/tools for Luna, project creations, new collaboration ideas etc.
Requirements
- Enthusiastic and experienced in brand marketing, brand activation and event marketing. Experienced to work with multi-national brands is a plus
- Detail-minded, able to work independently while proactively supporting the team
- Skilful in handling marketing, activation campaign and event-related progress, problem-solving
- Able to manage the workflow under multiple projects at the same period and work under a tight schedule
- Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development experience
- Client Relationship Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Love to work with people in a good business manner
- Excellent command on writing business proposals through MS PowerPoint, and using MS Excel and MS Word for all document preparations
- On-trend or love to study what young market and exciting brands love
- Knowledge of PR, influencer marketing, design software is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Higher experience will be considered as Senior Project Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager for Hong Kong to drive pipeline creation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth through Account-Based Marketing (ABM), tailored field marketing programs, and data-driven decision-making. This role is critical in aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives by leveraging global campaigns, ensuring seamless lead progression throughout the pipeline.
You will be responsible for analysing account behaviour, supporting sales outbound activities, and executing bespoke events to engage high-priority accounts and accelerate deal velocity. The role requires a strategic mindset, a data-oriented approach, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
This role is pivotal in driving pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue growth by aligning marketing efforts with sales teams to engage high-priority accounts and convert opportunities into customers.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Collaboration
- Partner with the field sales team to develop territory-level and account-level marketing plans that achieve pipeline generation, acceleration goals, and new bookings
- Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and metrics
- Coordinate with demand generation teams to ensure seamless integration between broader campaigns and ABM efforts
- Plan, execute, and optimize field marketing events (e.g., roundtables, roadshows, and account-specific activities) to influence prospects and deepen account engagement
- Implement a structured follow-up process for all generated leads, including calling, sales emails, strategic follow-up, and appointment setting for the sales team
- Provide communication and support for the effective launch of marketing programs to the field sales team
- Conduct marketing and database analysis on account bases to develop an understanding of engagement, intent, and behaviour of accounts to support sales drives
- Track metrics such as pipeline influenced, deal velocity, and revenue contribution, adjusting strategies based on data insights
- Measure and analyse the results of field marketing to refine programs for optimal ROI
- Manage marketing budgets effectively to deliver maximum ROI.
- Conduct regular reporting to key stakeholders, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience within the technology sector, preferably in B2B, SaaS, cloud services, or data center solutions
- Extensive marketing experience in B2B, Enterprise level field marketing with international organisations
- Proven success in collaborating with sales teams to execute programs that had a quantifiable impact on the pipeline
- Strong understanding of the cloud and telecommunications industry in Hong Kong, including market dynamics and regulatory environment
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and ABM tools (e.g., Demandbase)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong ethical standards and integrity
- High energy, innovative, and a positive “can-do” attitude
