Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance and emergency repair of IoT, security, and ELV systems for the 24/7 fitness Group, including CCTV, access control, intruder alarm, communal antenna, public address, and related systems.
- Provide on-site technical support and improvement recommendations for clients, including routine inspections, product installation, software configuration, and system upgrade services.
- Prepare routine inspection reports and related service documentation.
Requirements:
- Holder of an Electronic / Computer Engineering Certificate or other engineering-related qualifications, or possess relevant experience in ELV systems / IoT.
- Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card).
- Applicants with relevant experience may be considered for Senior Technician or Engineer positions.
- Strong communication skills, responsible, and able to work independently.

Role Summary:
The Field Service Technician primary responsibility is to deliver customer service experience.
The goal is to drive success that improves customer satisfaction, maximises customer retention and increases profitability. - Verifying, by visual and technical inspection, incoming goods in accordance to purchase order specifications and conformance with refining practices which requires positive material identification, testing and measuring, etc.
- Packaging of stock and non-stock material in accordance to specified procedures in preparation of shipping
- Shipping out material or non-conformance receipts via vendor trucks, air/sea/land freight in accordance with specified procedures
- Stock taking in accordance with specified area procedures to assure accurate inventories
- Assist with general logistical arrangement, documentation and filing
- Substantial business travel, approximately 40% of time, will be expected to fulfil the Operations Technician role
- A Visit Report must be completed and sent to all relevant parties in a timely manner.
- Requirements
