Ultima Markets is seeking an exceptional and dynamic Head of Global Marketing to lead our marketing efforts across all our international markets. This hands-on, all-rounded leader will be instrumental in driving our brand's growth, expanding our global footprint, and cementing our position as a leading forex broker.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan, develop, and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns and offline activities across all Ultima Markets' operating regions worldwide.
  • Drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention for both retail FX and institutional sectors, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing global marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Oversee and manage performance marketing, digital marketing, branding initiatives, offline and online events, public relations & corporate communications, promotions, website development and optimization, design & content creation, and sponsorship activities.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to analyze campaign performance, identify market trends, and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across various channels and regions.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to maintain Ultima Markets' competitive edge.

Job Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or similar) overseeing global or multi-regional marketing initiatives.
  • Proven experience within the Forex, CFD, or broader financial services industry is essential. Experience with both retail and institutional clients is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing diverse marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, offline, events, PR).
  • Strong Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse, high-performing global marketing team. Experience managing remote teams is a plus.
  • Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen: Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies, understand market dynamics, and identify growth opportunities in a fast-paced financial environment.
  • Hands-on & All-Rounded: Willingness to be directly involved in tactical execution while maintaining a strategic overview. Proficient across the full marketing mix, including:
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, content marketing, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Branding & Communications: Strong understanding of brand development, corporate communications, PR strategies, and reputation management.
  • Event Management: Experience in planning and executing large-scale online and offline events, conferences, and webinars.
  • Performance Marketing: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to track KPIs, interpret data, and optimize campaigns for ROI. Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM dashboards).
  • Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to articulate complex marketing strategies clearly and persuasively to senior management, team members, and external partners. Strong presentation, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Adaptability & Agility: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-evolving industry, quickly adapt to new trends, technologies, and market conditions.
  • Results-Oriented: A strong drive for achieving measurable results and exceeding targets.
  • Global Mindset: Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate diverse cultural nuances and market specificities across different regions.
  • Language Proficiency: Native in Chinese and Fluent in English (written and spoken) is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support brand and business objectives.

  • Oversee content strategy and may require to help on copywriting for digital campaigns, websites, and corporate communications.

Requirements

  • Skilful in handling marketing, activation campaign and event-related progress, problem-solving
  • Able to manage the workflow under multiple projects at the same period and work under a tight schedule
  • Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development experience
  • Client Relationship Management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to target and attract High Net Worth individuals and businesses in the Greater Bay Area market.
  • Identify and evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop innovative marketing initiatives and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, including brokers, financial advisors, and other distribution channels, to maximize business opportunities.
  • Create and implement effective marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, sponsorships, and advertising, to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.
  • Utilize data analytics and market insights to monitor campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide marketing support, training, and materials to enhance their effectiveness in targeting the HNW and GBA markets.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify emerging customer trends, preferences, and opportunities for new product development.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in the insurance and financial services industry.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including underwriting, claims, and operations teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree would be a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on the High Net Worth segment and 10+ years related experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong insurance market, including the Greater Bay Area, and an understanding of the needs and preferences of High Net Worth individuals and businesses.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong event management skills and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed marketing decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a strong business acumen and the ability to identify and seize market opportunities.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages, with fluency in Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • Selling stationery & office supplies products through distribution to offices and consumers in HK and Macau markets
  • Responsible for assigned sales targets and territories. Need to manage distributors and explore opportunities for the business unit
  • Manage distributors to maximize product coverage and penetration at target segments
  • Drive and implement marketing and promotional activities at wholesale, retail, direct accounts and consumer levels
  • Provide retail merchandising support for instore display and other promotional activities
  • Monitor business performance of assigned segments. Collect and report market information.
  • Explore, follow up and capture sales opportunities from potential end-users and direct customers


Job Requirements


  • Degree in Business Studies or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years solid sales experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Mature, good team player with positive attitude
  • Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant experience in office supplies or consumer market will be an added advantage

Our client is an established asset management firm with stable and professional team. They are looking for a client service and marketing role to assist on their business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide ongoing support to institutional and intermediary client business
  • Respond to existing and prospective investors on inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage client onboarding, account opening, and regulatory reporting required
  • Assist in KYC, AML, and other standardized guidelines within the firm
  • Other work assigned by the management

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance, economics or a related field
