Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities of Credit Card Settlement, ATM Settlement, Time Deposit, Faster Payment System (FPS) and Autopay Operations.
- Formulate strategic plans for the section to meet with service and operational goals set by the management
- Monitor and review the set up, maintenance and updates of the processing systems and operating procedures of the section
- Implement operations policies and procedures of the section to ensure they are carried out in proper manner and are strictly followed by branches and the staff in the section
- Assist Department Head to handle personnel functions including hiring and training to ensure the smooth running of the Department
- Co-ordinate with Transaction Processing Centre Head to maintain a good operational control and branch activities
- Work with Retail Banking Product Team to advise on new products operational design
- Provide operations support to AML Compliance Officer on AML activities and new account opening
- University graduate or equivalent academic achievement
- At least 8-10 years corporate banking experience of which 6-8 years are in operations management position
- In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products/ services and their operational activities
- Knowledge of the regulations and procedures of Hong Kong Interbank Clearing Ltd (HKICL) and CCASS from the Hong Kong Security Clearing Co (HKSCC)
- Strong leadership and decision making skills
- Excellent managerial and planning skills
- Initiative, systematic, active and energetic
- Good communication skills and fluent in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English

Senior Technical Recruiter | Leading IT Infrastructure & Security Talent Acquisition | Driving Innovative Hiring Strategies for Tech TransformationOur client, one of Hong Kong’s largest listed companies renowned for its innovative technology solutions and customer-centric approach in delivering essential services to society, is actively seeking a skilled Systems Engineer with strong expertise in Alibaba Cloud.
This role will be responsible for the design, deployment and management of a robust cloud infrastructure supporting various projects and operations.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Collaborate with the IT Platform team to plan, design, and implement cloud and on-premise IT systems.
- Manage and deploy scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure using Alibaba Cloud services including ECS, RDS, OSS, VPC, SLB, and security solutions like IAM, Security Center, and WAF.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments on Alibaba Cloud platforms.
- Monitor system performance, optimize resource usage, and ensure high availability and scalability.
- Support system enhancements, perform performance tuning, and troubleshoot infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.
- Implement disaster recovery, backup, and security strategies leveraging Alibaba Cloud tools such as ApsaraDB and Hybrid Backup Recovery (HBR).
- Support and oversee cloud projects such as system upgrades, mobile app integrations, and new system deployments.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay informed on Alibaba Cloud's latest features, best practices, and industry trends to continually improve cloud infrastructure solutions.
Required Skills for the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supporting IT infrastructure, with demonstrated expertise in large-scale and complex environments.
- Proven hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud services and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or Alibaba Cloud Resource Manager.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, including high availability, disaster recovery, security, and networking.
- Experience building and managing server environments, container platforms (e.g., AKS, PKS, OpenShift), and DevOps pipelines.
- Knowledge of microservice architecture, API management, and cloud solution design.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills in both English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently under pressure.

- Skilled in supporting multiple projects simultaneously, including system upgrades and mobile app deployments.
