The selected candidate will provide Cargo Operations and Customer Service Functions including interaction with Customers and GHA for both import and export cargo. Secure proper Operational and Customer Service support to enable station to meet the Cargo Target. Ensure full compliance at all times with all Safety and Security Regulations and procedures as per Host State and Company Requirements. Identify needs and improve Cargo Service and operational performance for station.
Accountabilities
- Support the immediate supervisor in developing operational plan and to provide quality customer service and surpass revenue targets
- Liaising with Local Ground Handling Agents and with Head office Cargo Department to ensure/ enhance a high quality service provided by QR both import and export.
- To oversee the GHA routines in order to pursue smooth running of operational activities.
- Support import Customers for clearance of their cargo.
- Liaising with HQ DOH and/or origin stations for necessary support.
- Flight planning with maximum utilization of the Flight Capacity, Control and Operation Export & Import. Maintain a close coordination between QR Space control and customers by ensuring their shipments are transferred, delivered on time, correct priority given to shipments and for maximum utilization of space on aircraft.
- Coordination with customers/ Cargo Claims representatives at Head Office, handling of discrepancies at stations and in all Administrative Issues related to stations.
- To disseminate all Cargo related information for updating customers regarding customs, governmental and health authorities rules and to HO to comply with regulations and to avoid penalties, destruction, etc.
- Ensure that notifications are sent officially on Cargo Arrival Information, to Freight forwarders/ agents/ direct customers to ensure the Cargo does not stay under airlines custody for long period, avoid damages and for space availability at the warehouse.

Qualifications
- Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Understanding of Cargo Operations/ Acceptance/ Office (admin)/ Warehouse/ Ramp/ Cargo Procedures export and import.
- Knowledge in Cargo Sales will be an added advantage.
- Command of English language.

The Agent Operations Specialist is essential in ensuring efficient onboarding, seamless listing management, and robust auditing processes. Serving as the primary contact for new agents, they facilitate a smooth integration into eXp's systems while maintaining the accuracy and quality of agent listings across all platforms. Additionally, they oversee lead distribution to agents and audit transactions to ensure transparency and optimal performance.
Agent Onboarding Support
- Monitor and follow up on applicants from the join app to ensure timely processing.
- Schedule and manage the first interview with potential agents, ensuring they are well-prepared.
- Assist new agents through the contract signing process and ensure the first payment is completed accurately.
- Maintain agent data, licensing, and profile information in the master roster with accuracy and timeliness.
- Guide agents in learning how to use eXp tools, providing resources and troubleshooting as needed.
- Ensure agents consistently utilize their tools effectively.
- Provide support for agents in adopting and using new tools.
- Assist agents in regaining access to tools if any issues arise.
- Ensure agents complete the Learning Paths within their first 90 days by providing reminders and support throughout the process.
- Execute strategic initiatives to attract, retain, and scale business with new agents, teams, and brokerages.
- Respond promptly to agent inquiries through email, chat, phone, and other communication channels.
- Develop and nurture relationships with brokers, agents, and industry influencers to identify new growth opportunities.
- Address and resolve issues related to systems, processes, or services provided to agents, escalating complex cases as needed.
- Manage administrative tasks, including data updates, licensing status, and CRM activity tracking from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct training sessions on contracts, risk management, licensing, and compliance with real estate laws.
- Monitor market trends and provide updates to senior management on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance support processes, propose innovative solutions, and support special projects like tool launches or process updates.
- Develop and refine methods for auditing listings and transactions to maintain transparency and accountability across agent activities.
- Regularly collect feedback from agents on onboarding and listing processes to suggest improvements to the operations team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills. Spoken and written proficiency in both Chinese (Cantonese) and English is required.
- Familiarity with real estate tools and technology (e.g., eXp tools, MLS systems).
- Ability to analyze data and processes for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in managing digital records and following compliance guidelines.

- To handle transhipment.
- To maintain and update quotation database in SISW.
- To answer rate inquiry, ie, quote local charges, special rates.
- To act as a c.fit specialist in Air Import Operations.
- To acts as a team-leader to extend assistance to subordinates if necessary.
- To review and authorize correct freights release to respective customer.
- To take up additional tasks as required to meet the Company’s needs.
- University graduate in 1-2 years relevant experience, or certificate/diploma or Formal Secondary School graduate with over 3 years working experience in freight forwarding industry.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Mandarin is an asset.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Possess strong interest to pursue long term career in the logistic solutions industry
- Proficient PC knowledge
