The ROC Operations Analyst is responsible for providing first-class digital and data service delivery, ensuring operational continuity and resolving technical issues across their assigned area.

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, including EUC (End User Computing), POS (Point of Sale), and network infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with IT service management platforms, such as ServiceNow (or similar).
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent experience is beneficial but not required.
  • A Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT / technical related field.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and tools to resolve a wide range of technical issues.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acts as the first point of contact for technical support.
  • Managing service requests in a timely and prioritised way.
  • Contributing to the successful implementation of IT projects.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Operations Analyst to join our Group Finance team, primarily supporting the Group Finance Operations and Business. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a junior finance professional to take ownership of essential finance and operations tasks, while contributing to cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and automation initiatives. The role also includes regular communication with our regional teams on Group consolidation matters.

Key Responsibilities

Core Finance Operations:

  • Prepare and issue monthly sales invoices and monitor accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and P&L preparation and reporting.
  • Support leasing, royalty payments and sales reports.
  • Assist in group-level intercompany transactions and consolidation and audit preparation.

Operations Improvement & Strategic Initiatives:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Manager on system enhancements to improve workflow between finance and project/operations teams.
  • Help develop internal SOPs, company Finance polices and trackers for finance operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably with exposure to startups or fast-growing businesses.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills; experience with accounting systems (e.g. Xero, Zoho) and automation tools (e.g. Power Automate, Zapier, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong sense of ownership and a willingness to learn in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.

To support the Finance Operations Manager in regard to the Hong Kong and Macau specific Accounts Payable functions and Control of Expenses for the Company. The primary responsibilities of this role are to manage Accounts Payable, oversee the operations of the outsourced Accounts Payable Centre (CBS), undertake Expense Variance Analysis and to provide support to the business departments.

Responsibilities:

1. Overview the SSU team to ensure all Hong Kong and Macau payables are up to date and the corresponding entries in PeopleSoft are entered in a timely.

2. Ensure all Premium Taxes and Levies returns are completed within required deadlines.

3. Liaising with group businesses to agree, reconcile and settle intercompany balances.

4. Ownership of the month end closing processes including ensuring expenses are appropriately managed and adjusted for changes in business conditions.

5. Ensure key control reconciliations such as intercompany, bank and other key accounts are reconciled on a timely basis and outstanding issues are investigated and resolved.

6. Supporting other members in the Finance department in meeting their respective objectives by providing appropriate operational support.

7. Ensure participation and completion of any relevant finance specific projects and programs.

8. Supporting other business departments in meeting their respective objectives by providing appropriate finance functional support.

Requirements:

  • Results oriented, self-motivated, high level of personal organization with the ability to manage time effectively to achieve the various deadlines.
  • Good analytical & communication skills and attention to detail is essential.

Division: EB Operations

Join our team in Hong Kong as an EB Operations Analyst in the tax operations department! The Tax Operation processes the taxation of the various instruments based on client instructions. Roles And Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control the taxation process.
  • Analyse and input Tax certification with precision and attention to detail.
  • Process payments applying accurate tax rates based on client documentation.
  • Report tax information to depositories and local authorities promptly and accurately.
  • Analyse market information to determine the impact on tax processes and client transactions.
  • Escalate any discrepancies or issues to relevant parties to maintain the integrity of our operations.

  • Excellent time management and communication skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and collaborators.

Join our team in Hong Kong as an EB Operations Analyst in the tax operations department! The Tax Operation processes the taxation of the various instruments based on client instructions. Roles And Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control the taxation process.
  • Analyse and input Tax certification with precision and attention to detail.
  • Process payments applying accurate tax rates based on client documentation.
  • Report tax information to depositories and local authorities promptly and accurately.
  • Analyse market information to determine the impact on tax processes and client transactions.
  • Escalate any discrepancies or issues to relevant parties to maintain the integrity of our operations.
As part of our Lean principles, each team member is actively involved in the Continuous Improvement process. You will have the opportunity to take on ambitious team projects that evolve with your expertise, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Custody Operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial instruments and procedures.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and collaborators.
  • A strong sense of risk awareness and focus, understanding the impact of actions on our operations.
  • Diligent, meticulous, and precise with strict adherence to compliance standards.
  • Autonomous, open-minded, and a quick learner, eager to embrace new challenges.
  • Proficient in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Operations Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in operations, business processes management, and claims cycle management. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations within our insurance business, optimizing workflow efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

The successful candidate will play a key role in participating throughout the insurance sales cycle, supporting different stakeholders and streamlining business processes, and supporting day-to-day operations within the business.

Key Responsibilities

Insurance Operations

  • Manage operational workflows for insurance processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Assist in onboarding new policies, endorsements, and renewals in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Maintain and update policy records, databases, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any operational bottlenecks.

Business Process Optimization

  • Identify and suggest improvements to existing business processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
  • Support automation initiatives and system enhancements to streamline insurance operations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Claims Administration

  • Oversee the end-to-end claims management process, ensuring timely investigation and resolution.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders (e.g., insurers, adjusters) to handle claims efficiently.
  • Analyze and report on claims trends and provide recommendations for process improvement.

Requirements

Experience and Skills

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in operations, business processes management.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, claims processes, and operational workflows.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Chinese language and other business tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
  • Experience in insurance sector will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices is a plus.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are expanding our operations in Hong Kong and are eager to continue building a great team. As a Client Service Operations Analyst, you will work closely with our clients to ensure service excellence and support multiple internal business segments (operations, finance, development and sales).

Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing best-in-class phone, email and live chat service and support to our clients in a fast-paced environment
  • Facilitating communication among internal and external stakeholders
  • Recording and editing corporate media presentations using audio and video editing software (Audacity and Adobe Premiere)
  • Coordinating business conference calls and live web events
  • Industry research, data entry and data verification
  • Client onboarding and product training
  • Application testing and quality assurance to identify and report any issues or bugs
  • Preparing and maintaining operational procedures to facilitate service and support
  • Soliciting and internally communicating client feedback

  • Base Salary: $61,500-$64,000 USD annually
