Purpose of the Job
The Operations Assistant is responsible for managing and coordinating logistics operations between the warehouse and various business units, ensuring timely order processing and accurate record-keeping. This role contributes to the overall efficiency of operations by addressing order-related issues, preparing necessary documents, and preparing reports for analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Process orders in ERP, including SO creation, release of fulfilment order and stock transfer

  • Responsible for logistics coordination in between warehouse and business units such as retail operations team, wholesales team and logistics team, including but not limited to coordinating with logistics team to ensure timely shipping and order delivery, and tracking shipments to ensure customers receive their orders as promised

Requirements

Base pay range

HK$192,000.00/yr - HK$216,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for preparing and presenting pest control reports for clients.
  2. Coordinate with other departments on the implementation of pest control projects and monitor progress.
  3. Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the clients' satisfaction.
  4. Assist the Technical Supervisor in reviewing service materials, equipment, vehicles, and techniques to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
  5. Identify training and staff development needs; conduct field or classroom training for Technicians, Sales, or other departments.
  6. Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.
  • Experience with QA, especially in F&B, is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and responsible.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and quick to respond.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Outdoor work required.

This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.
You Will Be Responsible For

  • Assisting the Senior Manager, Museum Retail Sales and Business Development in daily front-of-house retail operations;
  • Supporting retail supervisors with monitoring daily sales activities, staffing schedules, and productivity;
  • Helping to maintain smooth operations on the sales floor;
  • Coordinating basic client requests, internal orders, and service needs to support sales efforts;
  • Assisting in the preparation of weekly sales reports and updates for management;
  • Liaising with the IT team for minor system issues and trouble shooting;
  • Supporting communication with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders as needed;
  • Performing other ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
You Should
  • Be a university graduate or possess a diploma in a relevant discipline;
  • Have 1- 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a multinational or customer-facing environment;
  • Be familiar with retail point-of-sale systems (e.g., Xstore) and basic SOPs;
  • Understand basic cash handling procedures and be willing to learn staff scheduling and performance tracking;
  • Be a quick learner with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset;
  • Be proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced environment;
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure;
  • Be organized, dependable, and eager to develop problem-solving skills;
  • Be flexible to work irregular hours or shifts when needed;
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Have good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese.

Operations Assistant (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

Base pay range

HK$192,000.00/yr - HK$216,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for preparing and presenting pest control reports for clients.
  • Coordinate with other departments on the implementation of pest control projects and monitor progress.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the clients' satisfaction.
  • Assist the Technical Supervisor in reviewing service materials, equipment, vehicles, and techniques to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
  • Identify training and staff development needs; conduct field or classroom training for Technicians, Sales, or other departments.
  • Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma or above.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome.
  • Experience with QA, especially in F&B, is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and responsible.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and quick to respond.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Outdoor work required.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • More experienced candidates may be considered for a Senior Operations Executive role.

  • Assist in the coordination of test day logistics, including venue setup and staff scheduling
  • Support the secure handling, storage, and dispatch of confidential exam materials
  • Monitor test day dashboards and report any issues or risks to senior staff
  • Respond to basic customer enquiries
  • Maintain accurate records of materials with compliance procedures
  • Work closely with internal teams and venue staff to ensure smooth test day operations
  • Support audits and reviews

Job Requirement
