  • Act as the primary point of contact for merchants, addressing their issues, needs, and feedback promptly to ensure strong relationships.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in finance, banking, marketing, risk management, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business operations, ideally in financial payments, cryptocurrency, or fintech sectors.
  • Proven track record in operational strategy, with hands-on experience in growth hacking or performance optimization preferred.
  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in a second foreign language is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and drive performance improvements.
  • Collaboration : Exceptional interpersonal and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for overseeing the completion of administrative & operation tasks, customers support and other operational activities. To lead subordinate to keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

What We Are Looking For:

  • Graduated from university with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Client service mindset - obsessed with client happiness, internally and externally.
  • Experience & knowledge on one or more areas of account opening/client onboarding/payment/CDD review would be an advantage
  • Hands-on, process-oriented, structured thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities. Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Experience & knowledge with Data Management / Data Analytics are preferred; Experience & knowledge with SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI or equivalent would be an advantage
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem solving skills, analytical skill, capable to comprehend technologies and system architectures and approaches

Role Overview
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring our team delivers exceptional customer experiences. You will play a crucial role in staff training, inventory management, and enhancing overall store performance.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience

  • Create a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
Product Quality
  • Ensure products meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store.
Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver exceptional service.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, customer service, and operational procedures.
  • Lead by example, motivating the team to achieve sales and performance goals.
Operations Management
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, inventory management, and scheduling.
  • Manage budgets and maintain financial records.
  • Regularly review product quality and market trends.
Customer Relationships
  • Respond efficiently to customer complaints.
  • Organise staff scheduling, discipline, and operational workflow.
  • Provide on-the-job training on product knowledge and upselling techniques.
  • Evaluate performance and provide feedback.
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-8+ years of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and high-quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for coffee and wine, with WSET Level 2 or above certification preferred.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Relevant qualifications and food licensing knowledge are a plus.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English.

We are looking for a qualified Operations Manager (Key accounts) to join our team in Asendia Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence:

  • Supervise daily logistics activities across key stages (Leg 1, Leg 2, and Leg 3) to ensure efficiency and compliance with SLAs outlined in contracts with key accounts.
  • Promptly address operational issues arising from both local and overseas hubs to minimize disruptions.
  • Provide proactive, actionable recommendations for enhancing processes and achieving operational excellence.

Key Accounts and Vendors Engagement:

  • Represent the company and its brand with customers, conducting regular review meetings to build strong relationships founded on quality service and sustainable operations
  • Maintain robust communication channels with key accounts and vendors.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and pinpoint areas for enhancing operations and supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage data exchanges related to billing and service penalties

Internal Collaboration:

  • Assist with billing reports and project implementation for key accounts.
  • Ensure seamless integration and transition of new projects into existing operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce logistics, with a proven track record in operations management across core stages (Leg 1, Leg 2, and Leg 3).
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce logistics, freight forwarding, and courier business.
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently under pressure.
  • Immediate availability preferred.
