Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Technical Director.
• Develop and maintain sustainable production processes on the production floors.
• Evaluate overall efficiency of production processes.
• Manage production operations to meet daily goals.
• Monitor and record process parameters.
• Document and implement SOPs, process changes, including validation and reports.
• Test, troubleshoot, and diagnose technical issues with equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers, sales teams, and project managers.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electronic, Electrical, PIE, Manufacturing, Production Engineering, Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or the optical field.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, PADS/Allege or similar software.
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel frequently within China and overseas.

Compensation & Benefits: 13 months salary + performance bonus, 5-day work week, work-life balance culture.

The Job:
