Key Responsibilities:

Who we are looking for:

- Understanding of operational barriers and failures, and identifies/improves designs, methods, processes, and flows through collaboration
- Technical minded with ability to resolve issues related to information systems reporting, report generation and storage, customized reports, and data integration, and writes complex queries and creates databases as needed
- Experience using advanced Access and Excel functionalities (Pivot tables, V-look ups, database creation/maintenance, etc.)
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, including weekends and travel

Requirements:

- 8 Years relevant experience in manufacturing process design, automation, jig & fixture design, and re-engineering, with minimum 3 years in managerial position
- Knowledge or experience in Industry 4.0, Lean manufacturing is highly preferable
- Experience in printing industry is highly preferred
- Strong leadership with excellent analytical skills and result oriented
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Workbase in Dongguan (China)

Key Accountabilities:
- Act as a process champion in the assigned area and formulate, review and enhance regularly the policies/procedures to maintain sound operations policies, procedures and systems in alignment with the business objectives with due consideration for striking a balance among efficiency, flexibility, control and customer service.
