Act as the primary contact between customers, Oracle, and third parties regarding Oracle delivery. Responsibilities include overall customer management and service delivery management to assess needs and identify suitable solutions. Manage resources from the Global Delivery team to ensure project success, on schedule, within budget, and achieve overall customer satisfaction.
Responsible for P&L for the project team; provide accurate forecasts for the allocated territory; meet targets for bookings, online renewals, and contract backlog; contribute individually and as a team leader, providing guidance and mentoring; develop relationships with key stakeholders across Oracle's relevant lines of business. Also, support the Sales team to expand and grow our footprint in Hong Kong's installed base by promoting the value of support to increase and protect support revenue streams.
Escalate issues across multiple Oracle business units and marshal local and regional resources as needed to resolve issues. Engage with customers at middle to executive levels, demonstrating expertise in large-scale IT projects.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Computer Science/IT Engineering degree or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of functional experience in the Oracle domain
- Hands-on Oracle functional experience (e.g., EBS, PeopleSoft, Hyperion, OFSAA)
- Accounting background is preferable
- Experience in system upgrades, implementation, patching, cloning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
- PMP and basic ITIL certification are desirable, along with demonstrated interpersonal skills, business acumen, relationship building, conflict management, and team leadership
- Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, multi-tasking, energetic
- Good communication skills; fluent English and Cantonese speaking preferred

- Business Partner with multiple operation departments (finance in particular), proactive understand business challenges, evaluate workflows and provide feasible solutions for optimization

- Drive the team on system integrations with WMS (Yonyou) and OMS (D365)

- 8+ years experience IT Applications with focus on ERP (technical background preferred)
- Functionally strong in Oracle EBS Finance
- Technical background with knowledge on Java, PL/SQL is a plus
- Experience in D365 (SCM/ F&O)/ Yonyou WMS is a plus
- Strong in system design and application delivery
- Prefer someone who has strong commercial sense; able to work closely with Application Head to come up with feasible solutions to solve business problems proactively

Key Objective
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Financial Applications Consultant to join our Global Delivery team in Hong Kong. The consultant will be responsible for delivering both proactive and reactive technical support to customers using Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Fusion Cloud . This role will focus on optimizing system stability, availability, and performance for critical financial applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver both onsite and remote technical support to Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud customers in Hong Kong and across the region.
- Proactively engage with customers to ensure the successful deployment, operation, and optimization of Oracle Financial Applications.
- Support daily operations, including financial module maintenance, customization development, functional enhancements, and training on system setup and usage.
- Collaborate closely with Oracle Technical Account Managers (TAM), solution architects, product support teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Respond to and resolve service requests within agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Develop standard deliverables, technical documents, and methodologies to improve service efficiency.
- Investigate and respond to technical queries and issues raised by customers.
- Stay current with new product releases, patches, and updates in Oracle applications, especially in the financial modules.
- Maintain expertise in Oracle Financials and expand knowledge into other related domains such as Manufacturing and HR as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the team and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 8 years of IT experience , with at least 6 years of hands-on experience in supporting Oracle EBS and/or Fusion Cloud Financial modules .
- Deep functional knowledge and support experience in Oracle Financials (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, CM). Experience in Manufacturing and/or HR modules is a plus.
- Strong background in Oracle EBS R12; experience with Fusion Cloud Financials is a definite advantage.
- Implementation and development experience across Oracle EBS and/or Fusion Cloud financial modules, including data integration and migration.
- Understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and technology stack.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL , and integration development (preferably on Linux platforms).
- Fluent in English and Cantonese ; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certification is highly preferred.
