Responsibilities:
- Develop sales network and drive new sales in the assigned region
- Assist in negotiate with distributors, monitor their performance and provide solutions if necessary
- Manage pricing alignment; lead and participate in sales promotional events and exhibitions
- Co-ordinate and work closely with internal and external parties on all sales related issues
- Manage and consolidate all sales orders within the region
- Perform analysis including, but not limited to, market information, competitors and, etc. for future business growth
- Participate in ad hoc projects when required
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years relevant working experience with exposure in Asia market
- Experience in FMCG and online sales channel is preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skill
- Confident, highly motivated, result oriented and enthusiasm
- Strong attention to details
- Proficiency in both spoken and written in English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC application, MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
- Occasion travel is required

Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for local business development managers for our lawn mower products to proceed with the business growth in channel development, distributor network management, customer visits business communication, etc. Travelling is needed from time to time to meet customers. To improve the product and get to know the potential newdriven business, you are responsible for sorting and updating local market research on precision farming, business opportunities and product feedback from dealers and end users to R&D engineers and the sales management team. Ultimately, your job will be integral to our efforts to ensure profitability and business success.
Responsibilities
- Monthly, and quarterly sales forecast preparation and execution.
- Develop and manage the local sales channels and dealer network.
- Responsible for the entire sales process, including visits, negotiations, quotations, contract signing, payment management, etc.
- Responsible for the growth of sales amount and business exploration in the assigned market.
- Weekly, monthly timely reporting. Participate in relevant meetings and ensure market feedback is properly translated for internal action.
- Provide or organize basic precision farming product training to clients locally.
- Collect market information & analysis including market size, market trend, new products and applications, customer trends etc. and report back internally in a timely fashion.
- Participate in industry events such as trade shows, conferences, and other travel as required.
- Well execute any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Qualifications
- At least 2-5 years of experience in agricultural machinery industry-related roles with activities such as sales specialist or sales manager.
- Experience related to channel development and sales management is preferred.
- Problem Solving, product knowledge, presentation skills, technical understanding.
- Excellent customer relations and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet short/changing deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Cantonese is necessary.
