We seek an exceptionally skilled Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) with extensive background in acute/critical care (ICU), emergency (ER), and/or complex medical/surgical inpatient settings to provide elite-level clinical care within a private household in Singapore . You will manage high-acuity health conditions, implement advanced care plans, and respond to emergencies for a patient with complex medical needs. This role demands autonomous clinical judgment, technological proficiency, and seamless adaptation of hospital-level care to a home environment.
Core Responsibilities: Clinical Expertise:- Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnostics, and evidence-based interventions for complex, unstable conditions
- Lead rapid response to emergencies within the home setting
- Develop/update individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians, specialists, and allied health teams
- Coordinate hospital-to-home transitions, specialist consults, diagnostics, and medication regimens
- Oversee home-based medical equipment and ensure clinical safety
- Educate family/caregivers on clinical procedures, emergency protocols, and condition management
- Collaborate with domestic staff to ensure a sterile, safe environment aligned with clinical needs
- Uphold ICU/ER-level infection control standards in the home
- Advocate for patient needs across healthcare systems and during emergencies
- Conduct routine audits of care protocols and emergency preparedness
- APN Registered Nurse or equivalent
- Advanced Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS; ICU/ER-specific credentials highly preferred
- Minimum 5 years in acute settings: ICU, ER, or medical/surgical inpatient units
- Degree in Nursing – Master’s preferred
- Proven expertise in high-acuity skills: vent management, hemodynamic monitoring, advanced cardiac support, complex wound care
- Experience in home-based critical care is a strong advantage but not a must
- Fluency in English and/or Chinese Mandarin
