As one of our Global Partnership Managers, you will be a key player in helping to build the greatest insurance conferences in Asia, held in Hong Kong. Your mission is to own the full sales cycle in selling high-value conference sponsorships to prospects in the insurance and insurtech sectors. In order to be successful, your main duties will include:
- Build new business revenue: Deliver credible, professional sales pitches to new prospects in order to achieve ambitious sales targets
- Pipeline development: Work with our marketing and analyst team to source, contact and set up meetings with potential sponsors
- Establish client relationships: Work closely with our content and delivery teams to ensure best-in-class delivery
- Leverage our expertise: Work hand-in-hand with our content team to create compelling pitches to inspire our prospects
You possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency, and you have both the drive and desire to be the very best at what you do. You take ownership of everything you do, along with having a growth mindset constantly looking for areas to improve. Moreover, you share our passion for building and executing new businesses. The Cyber Security Department is essential to the Club’s ongoing success, safeguarding information assets, IT systems, networks, and cloud platforms while ensuring the resilience and continuity of critical operations. Through the implementation of strong risk governance frameworks and cybersecurity standards, the department protects the Club against emerging threats and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements in Hong Kong and China.
As the first line of defense, the department plays a key role in maintaining the Club’s reputation and operational resilience. Its core responsibilities include identifying and addressing vulnerabilities, protecting sensitive information, ensuring rapid incident response, overseeing access management, and promoting Club-wide cybersecurity awareness.
The Job
You will:
- Participate in the development of a sourcing strategy for the IT products and services covering IT infrastructure and business applications:
- Working with different stakeholders, including but not limited to the Program/Project Manager, Finance, Procurement and Legal, to create the sourcing strategy, sourcing plan and pipelines
- Manage the execution of sourcing strategy and the relevant procurement activities, including competitive bidding and direct sourcing, throughout the Partner Management Lifecycle:
- Support the preparation of tender documents, contract drafting and negotiation to ensure that clear requirements and acceptance criteria are defined and agreed, right governance and metrics are in place to measure the performance of our partners
- Managing ongoing relationships and preparing contract status/ SLA report on the execution, managing issues and problems
- Ensure timely escalation of key problems and issues identified during the procurement activities and in the contract
- Support and execute the IT partner management guidelines for key IT partners:
- Implement the IT partner management guideline to manage the assigned key IT vendors to monitor their performance and risks, and meet the Club’s expectations
- Protect the Club’s interests at all times:
- Protect the Club’s interests in all forms of commercial and contractual disputes, work closely with Legal to advise on the most appropriate route/mechanism to mitigate commercial exposure/liability and achieve satisfactory resolution
- Understand and comply with all relevant policies, processes and procedures
- Participate and contribute positively to create a diverse and inclusive culture with trust and respect. Play an active role to support cross-team/division/department efforts and model collaborative behaviours
You should have:

About the JobGreat opportunity to join an international team and work with fast-growing companies. The Strategic Partnerships Manager will secure new referral, aggregator and payment facilitator partnerships with PSPs, SaaS providers, financial institutions, ISOs/ISVs, positioning Unlimit as a leading global payment infrastructure partner. You will be responsible for building long-term, revenue-impacting partnerships with reputable brand partners, offering our card acquiring (Visa, Mastercard, etc.) and alternative payment methods (e.g. Alipay, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc.).
Job responsibilities- Drive revenue growth by developing strategic partnerships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs), SaaS platforms, FinTechs, consultancy partners, system integrators / referral agencies and eCommerce shopping cart platforms
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies to optimise partner collaboration, merchant acquisition, brand awareness and education to ensure Unlimit is the partner of choice
- Become an expert on Unlimit’s product offering and capabilities, be solution- and customer-oriented, and feed new opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Move quickly to build a world-class ecosystem of commercial partnerships to advance Unlimit’s transaction processing volume
- Build local partnership strategy plans, identify strategic partners, secure commercial agreements, build long-term account plans and deliver sustainable growth
- Focus on continuous improvement of partner experience and processes for partners, their merchants and Unlimit
- Lead and attend partner/customer industry events and other in-person meetings to build strong relationships and become the partner of choice in the region
- 5+ years of B2B partnerships experience in Payments, eCommerce, Financial Services or Enterprise Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales
- A team player with strong problem-solving skills, relationship-building ability, and willingness to undertake domestic and occasional business trips
- Excellent at building relationships with a collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally with finance, legal, product, sales and marketing
- Result-oriented with excellent communication skills; able to work under tight deadlines
- Self-driven with the ability to lead and manage time-sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

About the role
The Strategic Partnership and Admissions Senior Executive will be responsible for the student recruitment strategies and implementation for The University of Manchester East Asia in the Causeway Bay District. This full-time role will focus on supporting and uplifting working professionals in their career and entrepreneurial journeys, identifying and capitalizing on new student recruitment and impact collaboration opportunities.
What you'll be doing
- Implementing strategies to ensure effective student recruitment for the University's Postgraduate Programmes in East Asia.
- Complete range of admission procedures and manage leads from different online and offline sources and social media platforms.
- Support student recruitment initiatives including 1-to-1 consultation, referral scheme and information sessions either via online or in-person format, follow up communications and attendance analyse.
- Update and maintain existing leads tracker/ student recruitment CRM, create dashboards and insight reports to ensure up-to-date data is available regarding recruitment and marketing performance.
- Working in close collaboration with the university in the UK to leverage key relationships, planned recruitment activity and best practices.
- Conduct in-depth research on the competitive landscape, including market trends, industry players, and emerging technologies. Analyze data to identify key opportunities.
- Support the supervisor in formulating strategies for product rollouts and recruitment. Assist in identifying potential target segments and evaluating market opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings based on research findings. Clearly communicate insights and recommendations to senior management.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar account management role in higher education field, with a proven track record of success in customer engagement and relationship building.
- Strong commercial acumen and communications skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Degree qualification in a relevant field, such as business, marketing or communications.
