- Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations and fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance

- Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage

District Head, Relationship Management
Commercial Banking – Business Banking
Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.
For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.
We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as District Head, Relationship Management, reporting to Head of Business Banking.
Principal responsibilities
- Formulate, implement and manage tactical campaigns to support achievement of Business Banking's plan on growth and customer experience
- Drive a mindset and skill change among his/ her teams and to encourage cross-department / division / boarder collaboration
- Lead, direct and supervise multiple sales teams to achieve the respective sales/ income targets and deliver excellent services to SME customers
- Set expectations, share best practice and manage, monitor, coach and develop leaders to ensure that they maximize their performance, meet the required standards, and continuously develop their capabilities
- Ensure all sales teams adhere to the internal and external policies of the Bank and regulators, albeit the highly competitive commercial market
Requirements
- Significant banking experience with at least 3 years' experience in serving SME segment, and minimum 3 years in management / supervisory role
- Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations and fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance
