*Major Accountabilities
Strategic and tactical marketing lifecycle management of the Roche portfolio, with cross-functional coordination and integration of market and customer insights: *

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager at HongKe Technology Co., Limited', you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and expansion. In this role, you will play a key role in shaping the company's strategic direction and identifying new opportunities for collaboration and partnership.

What you'll be doing

  1. Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners that align with the company's goals and objectives
  2. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies
  4. Monitor and analyse the performance of partnerships, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal results
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in strategic partnerships
  7. Contribute to the overall strategic planning and decision-making processes of the organisation

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in a strategic partnerships or business development role, preferably within the technology industry
  3. Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with senior stakeholders
  6. Proficiency in project management, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
  7. Proficient in spoken and written English is a must, and capable of business-level communication in Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Planning & Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to address business needs and drive business target
  • Create, manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns to build and strengthen product awareness, brand consideration and recruit new customers
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, to ensure consistent brand and product messaging across all touchpoints, being the gatekeeper on maintaining the brand guidelines and standards
  • Oversee the development, and execution of HQ and local assets, including ATL and BTL materials to ensure cohesive brand identity and voice

Communications:

  • Develop and implement media and social media strategies across the consumer journey, which align with brand direction and strategy
  • Content creation and planning on owned social platforms – FB, IG, YT, Red and WeChat
  • Work closely with external agency partners to manage all digital activities, including media, social media, website maintenance and provides daily operations
  • Monitor and analyze media performance metrics, such as awareness, engagements, customer sentiment and provide data-driven recommendations for performance optimization
  • Stay up-to-date with industry development, marketing trends, and practices to drive continuous improvement and innovations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field
  • 7 years of proven experience in marketing communication
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns or digital campaigns
  • Knowledge of graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, illustrator or Canva is an advantage
  • Ready to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to think innovatively to generate great ideas and solution
  • Detailed-oriented, independent, accountable, good time management skills
