• Newly qualified lawyer or qualified lawyer with 1 to 5 years of PQE in Hong Kong (or equivalent experience in UK, Australia and US).
• Experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, M&A, capital markets and general corporate matters is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

• Strong academic background and experience in complex contract drafting;

• Hong Kong or other common law jurisdiction qualification;
• Superior written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with particular emphasis on legal drafting;
• Good knowledge of project structures and experience with project documents and contracts is a plus;
• Experience in projects in the water, waste or energy sectors preferable; and
