Job description 工作範圍 :
- Responsible for the patient registration process and communication of dental services and post-treatment care

Job Requirements 職位要求:
- Form 5 or above
- 中五或以上學歷
- Dental assistant working experience is NOT a must
- 沒相關經驗亦可
- Candidates with customer service experience is preferred
- 具備客服經驗會優先考慮
- Good communication skills in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
- 具良好的英語、廣東話及國語溝通技巧
- Self-motivated, customer oriented, positive attitude and pleasant personality
- 工作積極、能獨立處事、有禮及開朗

- $16,000-$5,000 per month
- 月薪$16, 00-25,000
- Salary review : is NOT based on seniority. It is based 51% on attitude and 49%on performance. Can be quickly increased in a matter of months to match your contributions to our Team.

二級病人服務助理 (門診/病房/急症門診) Patient Care Assistant II (In-Patient/ Out-Patient/ Emergency Medicine Centre)
職責:
- 處理一般門診/病房服務流程: 例如接待病人、量度維生指數、床邊護理、預約登記、整理病歷及基本收費服務
- 協助醫生和護士為病人執行日常檢查工作和診症
- 提供優質客戶服務
入職要求:
- 中五或以上程度
- 須具備相關工作經驗
- 須持有醫護支援人員訓練或相關課程證書
- 能操流利粵語,略懂英語、普通話及電腦操作
- 工作時間按各部門而定 , 通常每更工作時間約7小時
- 提供在職訓練及持續進修培訓
- 如工作表現優良及符合入讀資格,可保薦升讀本院之登記護士課程
