Job Purpose:

The Product Manager has overall responsibility for achieving the sales and profit targets for the related product groups and creating the highest return for both TD SYNNEX and the vendor. While responsible for revenue outcomes, this is a sales enablement position. This will be achieved through marketing programs, sales training, sales support, technical pre-sales support, vendor contract and vendor relationship. These activities, especially sales and marketing are targeted at both the TD SYNNEX extended sales team and the partner community.

Job Purpose:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creation and execution of business plans for the vendor product group and associated services that achieve agreed vendor revenue targets, including business forecasting and business planning for product groups with vendors.
  • Implementation of sales enablement programs for TD SYNNEX and partners and carry out marketing programs to support product group objectives.
  • Developing an understanding of markets, customers’ needs and competition.
  • Assist in designing effective planning, including inventory turns, inventory fulfilment and inventory obsolescence minimization.
  • Provision of various reports for the purposes of commercial decision making.
  • Maintenance and development of operational level vendor relationships, ensuring highest and continuously improving levels of vendor and partner satisfaction
  • Support to ensure the sales team is performing at optimum levels for the relevant product group. This will require a close working relationship with the Channels Sales Team.
  • In order to execute product leadership it will be necessary to maintain knowledge of sales processes, proposals, pipeline management, partner engagement so that remedial actions can be recommended where necessary.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • >3 to 5 Years of relevant work experience is required.
  • Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology/Marketing/Business Studies/Engineering or other relevant course of study or Equivalent
  • Possesses strong data entry skills.
  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.
  • Able to demonstrate complex problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Able to perform complex mathematical calculations.
  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.
  • Able to converse and write effectively in English and other local / regional language.
  • Able to create and conduct formal presentations.
  • Able to interact effectively with higher levels of management (managers & above)
  • Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
  • Understand, communicate, and collaborate effectively with people across various identities.
  • Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed.
  • Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
  • Able to collaborate and build solid, effective working relationships with others.
  • Able to effectively multi-task.

Working Conditions:

  • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
  • Frequent Travel Required (25%).

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to interact with team members at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resources in some cases
  • Prioritizes issues management, analyses, and team capacity
  • Efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Strong analytical, organizational and presentation skills
  • Possess on qualification in HKICS / ICSA / other related qualifications preferred

The position holder is expected to support Regional finance team on the group reporting, accounting policy --maintenance, financial control / compliance related matters and any ad-hoc projects as required.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

State Share Registration of CSI entities -

  • Prepare the state share registration (SOE) lodgments including new company registration, share capital change, liquidation and all other transactions required by SOE by due date
  • Keep updated with new policy and requirements of state share registration
  • Take in charge of coordination of annual review filing and progress management
  • Liaise closely with Corp Sec for relevant supporting documents required for the lodgments
  • Liaise closely with Beijing Finance Team regarding any issues encountered

CITIC Pack reporting -

  • Complete CITIC Pack notes for the accounts allocated by management by agreed timeline
  • Diagnose abnormalities on data collected and on timely advise management on the potential issues identified

Respond to audit queries in regard to reported notes the in a timely and accurate manner

Accounting Policy Maintenance -

  • Keep updated with finance policies from CITIC Group and Ministry of Finance
  • Assist to complete finance policy development as required by supervisor in expected time frame and quality

Balance Sheet Substantiation -

  • Timely deliver the balance sheet substantiation requirement to corresponding finance team, follow up outstanding matters
  • Assist finance team to tackle related question. Report to management on key finding as per project timeline

Support finance team ad-hoc project and reporting as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting field
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably within the Financial Services industry
  • Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English
  • Understanding of investment banks' business, specifically the understanding of Chinese investment banks is preferred
  • Good knowledge of IFRS
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot table/Macro)
  • Knowledge of accounting system, SAP is preferred
  • Audit experience/background is preferred but not essential;
  • Quick learner and team player
  • Proactive and independent.

The position holder is expected to support Regional finance team on the group reporting, accounting policy --maintenance, financial control / compliance related matters and any ad-hoc projects as required.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

State Share Registration of CSI entities -

  • Prepare the state share registration (SOE) lodgments including new company registration, share capital change, liquidation and all other transactions required by SOE by due date
  • Keep updated with new policy and requirements of state share registration
  • Take in charge of coordination of annual review filing and progress management
  • Liaise closely with Corp Sec for relevant supporting documents required for the lodgments
  • Liaise closely with Beijing Finance Team regarding any issues encountered

CITIC Pack reporting -

  • Complete CITIC Pack notes for the accounts allocated by management by agreed timeline
  • Diagnose abnormalities on data collected and on timely advise management on the potential issues identified

Respond to audit queries in regard to reported notes the in a timely and accurate manner

Accounting Policy Maintenance -

  • Keep updated with finance policies from CITIC Group and Ministry of Finance
  • Assist to complete finance policy development as required by supervisor in expected time frame and quality

Balance Sheet Substantiation -

  • Timely deliver the balance sheet substantiation requirement to corresponding finance team, follow up outstanding matters
  • Assist finance team to tackle related question. Report to management on key finding as per project timeline

Support finance team ad-hoc project and reporting as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting field
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, preferably within the Financial Services industry
  • Good command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English
  • Understanding of investment banks' business, specifically the understanding of Chinese investment banks is preferred
  • Good knowledge of IFRS
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivot table/Macro)
  • Knowledge of accounting system, SAP is preferred
  • Audit experience/background is preferred but not essential;
  • Quick learner and team player
  • Proactive and independent.

The job holder is responsible for the preparation of consolidated financial and management reports to meet the requirements from Swire Pacific Group Finance and Swire Coca-Cola (SCC) management (including monthly result, half-year and annual report, budget and forecast), and provide financial analysis that facilitate management to drive business growth.

This position reports to Senior Manager, Financial Services.

Job Description

  • Prepare and review the consolidation of financial reports from various markets, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
  • Prepare management reports and financial analyses for management team to make informed business decisions
  • Coordinate the budgeting and forecast processes and consolidate the information for business planning purpose
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as required by Swire Pacific or SCC Management
  • Review and analyse submissions from different markets to ensure they comply with accounting standard and company policies
  • Provide technical accounting guidance to local finance teams at the markets
  • Conduct accounting for M&A projects, if any, and support integration with newly acquired entities
  • Support the implementation, maintenance or upgrade of technology projects to enhance efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder major in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, experience in international audit firm and multinational corporation is an advantage
  • Qualified Public Accountant
  • Strong knowledge of international accounting standards
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, management reporting and consolidation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure with tight reporting deadline
  • Willingness and ability to handle challenges and changes
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

We are seeking a driven and proactive Finance Manager to support finance processes, regulatory reporting, and headquarter reporting. This role is critical in ensuring the firm’s compliance with accounting standards and regulations surrounding our new business, including the digital asset business.

  • Manage full sets of accounts and financial reports, including financial statements, regulatory submissions, and internal management reports, with coverage extending to digital asset business operations;
  • Review journal entries and financial statement reconciliation for the relevant entity;
  • Lead the preparation of daily and monthly Financial Resources Reports (FRR), ensuring compliance with liquid capital requirements and other regulatory obligations;
  • Monitor and assess new regulatory requirements (e.g., HKMA, SFC guidelines, listing rules) and accounting standards to ensure compliance;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on statutory audits, annual tax filings, and other finance-related matters;
  • Collaborate with other teams on various system implementations;
  • Take up ad hoc projects as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred;
  • 5+ years of experience in the financial sector; ideally with exposure to FRR and back-office system implementation;
  • Familiarity with digital asset regulatory frameworks and reporting requirements preferred;
  • Excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking, and keen attention to detail;
  • Excellent Excel skills; knowledge of VBA is an advantage;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Overview

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Report to Senior Finance Manager
  • Work as a team with finance managers in different business units and senior accountants/accounts
  • Work with China Share Service Centre to handle month-end closing in full scope and prepare financial statements and analysis reports
  • Prepare regular forecast reporting
  • Respond to regional/global finance, management and/or client’s requests
  • Handle end to end job management
  • Support client billing processes
  • Handle clients and vendors' enquiries
  • Handle consolidation works and reporting
  • Review of operating expenses and staff claims booking and payment
  • Handle Corporate Social Responsibility and Client Profitability reporting
  • Supervise China SSC over AR, AP, Treasury matters
  • Liaise with auditors, tax advisor, internal auditors/internal control reviewers and clients’ auditors
  • Review statutory accounts, tax filing documents and handle matters relating to group’s legal entities
  • Handle ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • University graduate in accounting, qualified preferred
  • At least 8 years or above working experience, with relevant industry, media and advertising industry a plus but not essential
  • Fluent English and workable Mandarin
  • Detailed, independent, organised, committed and strong business sense
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel and Word applications
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
