Lead the comprehensive payment product experience for AlipayHK, including building payment capabilities and designing solutions. Construct an end-to-end payment product system covering user-facing interfaces to fund settlement, delivering high payment success rates and compliant fund flows for diversified business scenarios, while supporting rapid business growth and user experience enhancement.
Core Responsibilities
- Payment Product System Development
ꔷ Design product strategies for payment methods, including local/cross-border e-wallet capabilities to optimize payment success rates and user experience.
ꔷ Establish full-process payment state management models (from payment initiation to transaction completion), continuously refining payment conversion funnels.
ꔷ Collaborate with card networks, leading PSPs, and banking channels to drive payment method implementation and technical solution reviews.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Implementation
ꔷ Lead end-to-end implementation of integrated payment + fund solutions across tech, BD, compliance, and operations teams.
ꔷ Iterate products via data insights, balancing user experience, capital efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
ꔷ Develop industry-standard solutions and document payment product methodologies/knowledge bases.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Prior work in payment methods/full-process payment state management preferred.
- Skills:
ꔷ End-to-end product execution: Market analysis, requirement mining, functional design, business process modeling.
ꔷ Strong logical thinking and abstraction capability to distill standardized solutions from complex scenarios.

Our client is an international Insurance Group offering a diverse range of services across Life Insurance, Pension, Wealth Management and Asset Management. With increasing business activities and a solid growth strategy in place, the Group is now seeking a high-calibre M&A professional to join the team in Hong Kong, covering internationally on Corporate M&A, Corporate Development & Transactions.
The key responsibilities for this position are as follows:
- Develop corporate inorganic strategies and development plans at regional, country and business unit level.
- Lead or support the group on strategic development plans on assessing and executing corporate transactions including M&A, strategic investments / divestments, partnerships, JV.
- Take a proactive role in identifying and sourcing potential acquisition targets and partnership opportunities that align with the group's strategic goals in the various regions.
- Conduct research on market trends, industry insights and competitive landscape, analyzing the impact on the business.
- Recommend strategic initiatives and articulate ideas into execution priorities and action plans.
- Work with business and support functions on operational efficiency and organizational change initiatives.
- Provide support on the implementation of projects and initiatives identified by the management team and business leaders.
- Perform analysis, financial modelling, valuations, project data gathering.
- Develop presentations for management, support in strategic planning deliverables and timelines for Management Committees and the Board at Group level.
Successful applicants will have the following skills and experience:
- An university degree preferably with an MBA degree.
- Around years of Corporate Strategy, Business Strategy, M&A, Corporate Development & Transactions, Corporate Finance, Strategic Consulting, Actuarial experience gained from Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management, Financial Services and / or Management Consultancies.
- Investment Banking / M&A and Equity Research experience covering FIG would also be considered.
- Actuarial Consulting experience focusing on M&A and valuations would also be considered
- Excellent numerical, financial analysis and financial modelling skills
- Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and other presentation tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, an additional Asian language and / or Mandarin would be beneficial.
