The Department

The IT Business Management department plays a pivotal role in aligning IT operations with the strategic goals of the organization. This department is responsible for the planning and financial management of the division, as well as the management of third-party suppliers, key contracts, resources, technology capability development, communications (both internal and external to the team), KPI setting and reporting, and the tracking of board-reportable actions and key improvement initiatives across IT. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Involve in all-rounded Talent and Culture (Human Resources) services including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits administration and daily Talent and Culture operations.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with a focus on C&B.
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong labour laws and MPF regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with HRIS is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and discreet in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently.
  • Experience with payroll systems preferred.
