What You'll Do- Identify short-term and long-term strategic and resource needs to acquire new users and driver leads, supporting consistent business growth through both paid and organic channels.
- Support the digital marketing team with product requests related to new features and tracking enhancements.
- Supervise the team to support and oversee the implementation of digital marketing and acquisition strategies, including:
- Develop full-funnel media strategies and oversee digital performance marketing in assigned markets.
- Coordinate with local marketing teams to align on user and driver acquisition strategies, both online and offline.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize acquisition efforts across channels such as paid social (Meta, TikTok), search, digital channels (UAC), programmatic, and offline media.
- Lead and supervise performance media operations to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for user and driver acquisition.
- Assist local city marketing teams to enhance their digital marketing capabilities and campaign performance.
- Build efficient marketing funnels for drivers and users, deploying cross-channel campaigns.
- Explore and evaluate new channels and technologies to improve acquisition performance.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to launch new features that enhance user onboarding and improve tracking and optimization.
- Troubleshoot data and tracking issues to ensure accurate end-to-end measurement.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, with strong expertise in performance marketing and managing large-scale digital campaigns.
- Experience in paid media/digital agencies with hands-on platform optimization and performance tracking skills.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing technologies and channel ecosystems.
- Proficiency in AdTech and measurement tools such as Adwords, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Tableau, Supermetrics.
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising partners.
- Experience working in an app-based company is a plus.

- Implement AI Integration: Test and implement AI-powered tools e.g., MCP/ad scripts to automate reporting and improve data accuracy.
- Drive Marketing Efficiency: Analyze marketing performance to optimize ROAS through data-driven strategies.
- Digital Campaign Management: Routine campaign planning and execution, performance evaluation, plan and implement optimization strategies to maximize campaign performance.
Technical Expertise:
- 1–2+ years in data analytics, performance marketing, or growth roles (fresh graduates considered with proven AI tool experience)
- Hands-on experience in SQL and Python for data analysis
- Proficiency in BI tools e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio
- Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms - Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Google Tag Manager (preferred)
- Fluent bilingual skills (English/Chinese)
- Ability to translate technical insights for cross-functional teams
- Understanding of marketing metrics/KPIs (preferred)

- Develop and implement full-funnel performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic channels.

- Continuously improve ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates.

- Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards for internal reporting.

We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Performance Analyst to grow our online presence and drive bookings for both our Hotel and Car Rental businesses . This pivotal role transforms complex data into actionable, predictive insights, working closely with the various teams to fuel business growth with a strong emphasis on data intelligence and strategic execution.
What You’ll Do (Main Accountabilities)
- Strategic Performance Optimization: Develop and execute advanced strategies to maximize visibility, traffic, and conversions for Hotel and Car Rental listings.
- Bidding and Performance Management: Develop best-in-class bidding algorithms, oversee campaign execution, and continuous optimization across marketing platforms, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI).
- Advanced Data Analytics & Insights: Lead in-depth analysis of complex performance data, applying statistical methods and quantitative modeling to uncover predictive business insights and design rigorous test-and-learn initiatives.
- Data Quality Monitoring & Support: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to provide analytical insights into rate and availability synchronization quality. Monitor data integrity across marketing platforms and internal systems for both hotel and car rental products, contributing to process improvements and analytical tool development through coding.
- Reporting & Strategic Communication: Generate comprehensive performance reports, derive actionable insights, and effectively communicate impact to stakeholders.
- Learning & Development: Dedicate time to data exploration and insights, applying them for business achievement.
- Industry Acumen: Stay current with analytics, industry trends, and data science advancements to continuously refine strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or any other related disciplines.
- 3-5 years of working experience in an analytical role.
- Exceptional Data Acumen: Proven expertise in manipulating, analyzing, and deriving actionable, predictive insights from large, complex datasets. Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
- Strong Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability in Python or any other languages (for data manipulation, scripting, and automation) and SQL (for querying and data extraction), regardless of formal work experience or academic background.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal). Proficiency in Mandarin is required.
- Highly analytical, intellectually curious, data-driven, and possesses an open-minded approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience with Metasearch platforms a strong plus.

DOO you have what it takes?
What you’ll be working on:
- Execute, optimize, manage, and track SEM campaign by setting relevant keywords and optimizing ads regularly to make an adjustment, improve quality score, improve CTR, and increase conversion rate
- Plan & execute online advertising and retargeting channels such as SEM, Display Channels, Social Media Channels, Programmatic Channels, eDM, GDN, Facebook etc.
- Assist the strategy planning of the overall performance marketing channels.
- Prepare reports, analyze data and track the performance of ads campaigns and adjust/give insight to achieve the agreed objectives.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/E-Commerce/Journalism or relevant disciplines
- Preferable someone with 4 years & above of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Junior level welcome to apply.
- Able to read and write in English and Chinese.
- Strong knowledge in online marketing tools, including Google Adwords, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Baidu, etc.

Job Description
As our client's Regional Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of their digital growth engine-owning strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across multiple markets. You'll work closely with the Marketing Director based in Hong Kong, and collaborate with local market teams, creatives, and product stakeholders to deliver measurable results.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-rich environment and is excited to shape the future of e-commerce in the region.
- Develop and implement full-funnel performance marketing strategies across paid search, paid social, display, affiliate, and programmatic channels.
- Localise campaigns to suit market-specific behaviour while maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations: media planning, budget allocation, A/B testing, and real-time optimisation.
- Continuously improve ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion rates.
- Analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and internal BI dashboards.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Build and maintain performance dashboards for internal reporting.
- Partner with local marketing teams, creative, CRM, and product teams to align on goals and messaging.
- Manage agency relationships and guide junior team members (if applicable).
- Stay ahead of digital trends, platform updates, and emerging tools.
- Test and scale new channels and tactics to unlock incremental growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally in e-commerce or digital-first businesses.
- Proven success managing multi-market campaigns with significant budgets.
- Fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and data visualisation tools.
- Deep understanding of platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and affiliate networks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
