Job Description
- Execute comprehensive marketing activities for a leading FMCG brand.
- Plan and implement trade marketing initiatives, including promotions, in-store activations, and POSM.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and campaign ROI, providing insights for optimization.
- Support brand marketing efforts across ATL (TV, print, digital) and BTL (PR events, activations).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on product development and market research.
- Manage A&P budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and support daily marketing operations and ad hoc projects.
- A degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience in a sizable company, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Solid experience in trade marketing is highly preferred.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- 13 months' pay plus KPI incentive and performance bonus.

Role Purpose:
Responsible for the development of Own Brand product, working in close cooperation with different internal and external parties to drive profitable participation of Own Brands mainly in Personal Category in Asia and Eastern Europe.
A typical day in this Role:
- To assist the line manager, in co-operation with Watsons International OB Marketing team and BU Own Brand specialists, to identify a continuous stream of commercially valuable new products.
- To manage all projects for categories directly responsible for across all key aspects of the development process, from sourcing, tendering, supplier liaison, cost management to post launch.
- To understand customers’ need and identify product development opportunities of the assigned categories and be the expert of assigned categories and brand management to maximise productivity.

- Provide tasting services at the wine or food counter and greet customers
- Distribute promotion coupons to attract customers to the store
- Assist with in-store promotional activities, such as inviting customers to become members
- Provide high-quality customer service and perform general cleaning and miscellaneous tasks
- Other tasks assigned by the store supervisor
- No sales targets; primarily support the sales team
- One year or more of relevant work experience is preferred
- Fluent in Cantonese, basic command of Mandarin or English; enjoy communicating with travelers
- Sincere, polite, proactive, responsible, and a team player
- Responsible, punctual, willing to learn, and passionate about retail service
- Basic computer skills
- Fresh graduates & applicants of all nationalities are welcome to apply
