Job Description

  • Execute comprehensive marketing activities for a leading FMCG brand.
  • Plan and implement trade marketing initiatives, including promotions, in-store activations, and POSM.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and campaign ROI, providing insights for optimization.
  • Support brand marketing efforts across ATL (TV, print, digital) and BTL (PR events, activations).
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on product development and market research.
  • Manage A&P budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and support daily marketing operations and ad hoc projects.


The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience in a sizable company, preferably in the FMCG sector.
  • Solid experience in trade marketing is highly preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Role Purpose:

Responsible for the development of Own Brand product, working in close cooperation with different internal and external parties to drive profitable participation of Own Brands mainly in Personal Category in Asia and Eastern Europe.

A typical day in this Role:

  • To assist the line manager, in co-operation with Watsons International OB Marketing team and BU Own Brand specialists, to identify a continuous stream of commercially valuable new products.
  • To manage all projects for categories directly responsible for across all key aspects of the development process, from sourcing, tendering, supplier liaison, cost management to post launch.
  • To understand customers’ need and identify product development opportunities of the assigned categories and be the expert of assigned categories and brand management to maximise productivity.
  • To collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to execute of the brand and plans.
  • To provide support of the ad-hoc product development projects and key meeting forums.

  • We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Director to lead sales and strategy for our personal care products (e.g., liquid soap, shower gel, skincare, and body care products).
  • This role encompasses a dual responsibility: driving strategic planning and implementation while managing and coaching a team of 10 sales professionals. The focus is on the US, Europe & overseas market, targeting hotels and consumer brands that integrate gift/premium sets as value-added items

The Job

  • Collaborate with top management to formulate and develop comprehensive sales strategies
  • Develop, implement & drive actionable plans to meet revenue goals and align with corporate objectives.
  • Develops business plans by exploring and systematically evaluating opportunities with the greatest potential for producing positive results; ensures successful preparation and execution of business plans through effective planning, organizing, and on-going evaluation processes.
  • Ensures successful execution across of business plans designed to maximize customer satisfaction, profitability, and market share through effective planning, organizing, and on-going evaluation processes.
  • Bridge strategy development with operational execution while ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a sales team of 10-12 professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
  • Sets high standards of performance for self and/or others; assumes responsibility for work objectives; initiates, focuses, and monitors the efforts of self and/or others toward the accomplishment goals; proactively takes action and goes beyond what is required.
  • Set clear goals and expectations, monitor progress, and drive accountability within the team.

  • Strong command of Mandarin and English; native-level English fluency is highly desirable.
  • High business acumen and capability to bridge strategies to execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring experience with proven team-building skills.
  • Able to engage and influence senior leaders on a board range of strategic issues

  • Strong command of Mandarin and English; native-level English fluency is highly desirable.
  • High business acumen and capability to bridge strategies to execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring experience with proven team-building skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide tasting services at the wine or food counter and greet customers
  • Distribute promotion coupons to attract customers to the store
  • Assist with in-store promotional activities, such as inviting customers to become members
  • Provide high-quality customer service and perform general cleaning and miscellaneous tasks
  • Other tasks assigned by the store supervisor
  • No sales targets; primarily support the sales team

Job Requirements

  • One year or more of relevant work experience is preferred
  • Fluent in Cantonese, basic command of Mandarin or English; enjoy communicating with travelers
  • Sincere, polite, proactive, responsible, and a team player
  • Responsible, punctual, willing to learn, and passionate about retail service
  • Basic computer skills

  • Able to work independently in a fast pace environment; and
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must.
