The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), the statutory organization promoting Hong Kong’s external trade, seeks a dynamic, high-caliber, and experienced professional to join our Human Resources Department.

Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily administration of HR operations, ensuring records accuracy, policies clarity, process efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Act as the primary contact for staff inquiries; handle related inquiries according to policies and procedures.
- Participate actively in the digitalization of HR business processes to facilitate smooth operation of the HCM system, providing ongoing user support, troubleshooting issues, and guiding effective system use.
- Maintain organized and systematic HR business processes; assist in reviewing and identifying areas for improvement to enhance user experience and workflow efficiency.
- Support the HCM Administrator in overseeing system functions, acting as a coordinator among HR team members on system projects and operations.
- Prepare and analyze HR data, providing insights on market trends.
- Participate in other HR tasks or projects as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the Manager.
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in HRIS implementation; knowledge of latest HR technologies is a plus.
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and communication skills across different stakeholder levels.
- Service-oriented, detail-attentive, with a proactive attitude.
- Familiar with relevant labor laws.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Human Resources Officer position.
Remuneration and Benefits: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive package including annual leave, medical, and dental benefits will be offered.
