Main Responsibilities:
- Territory Planning & Business Execution: Work with the Sales Manager to develop, execute, and regularly review a strategic sales plan for the territory, focusing on achieving growth in the public & private sector. Develop and maintain detailed territory and customer records to ensure effective management.
- Sales Target Achievement: Be accountable for achieving or exceeding annual and quarterly sales objectives through the expert use of professional selling skills, strategic time and territory management, and the efficient deployment of promotional materials.
- KOL & Customer Engagement: Develop and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, medical experts, and pharmaceutical professionals to build a powerful network and foster mutually beneficial partnerships. Identify new business opportunities to gain new or expanded business while maintaining existing accounts.
- Promotional Execution: Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales Management to plan, coordinate, and execute professional meetings, symposiums, and promotional events to generate product awareness and create detailing opportunities.
- Market Intelligence: Proactively monitor the competitive landscape, including marketing trends and competitor activities. Provide timely insights and recommendations to the management and marketing teams to inform strategy.
- New Product Launch: Play an active and supportive role in the successful enlistment and launch of new products in the territory.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all activities are executed with the highest level of professionalism and comply fully with company standards, Code of Conduct, and industry regulations. Promptly report any product quality complaints to Quality Assurance and adverse events to the Affiliate Safety Representative.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, or a related life sciences discipline.
A minimum of 2 years of field sales experience within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry.
Candidates with more extensive experience will be considered for a Senior Sales Executive or Account Manager position.
- Proven ability to build professional relationships and effectively influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- A growth mindset, agility, and a passionate drive to take on challenges and achieve goals.
