Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decisions. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation and maintenance of the Bank’s resolution plans in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct detailed assessments of the impediments to the bank’s resolvability capabilities and develop strategic solutions to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the resolution strategies are comprehensive and practical
- Serve as the primary liaison with the Head Office to ensure alignment of resolution planning objectives and strategies across the organization
- Stay abreast of changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Representing the bank in dialogues with regulators regarding resolution planning initiatives
- Manage resolution planning Working Group meetings and Oversight Committee. Oversee all project management activities in relation to resolution planning, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Provide update on the progress of resolution planning to local risk committees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree holder in Finance, Legal, Risk, or a related field; Master or advanced degree preferred
- Over 10 years of experience within banking or financial services sector
- Prior experience in resolution planning with strong understanding of regulatory requirements (eg OCIR-1, FMI-1, LFIR-1, ST-1)
- Proven track record of managing complex projects involving cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and regulators
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with a strategic mindset

- Monitor & report relevant developments related to market dynamics, peers, benchmarks to guide CBMC actions and refine strategy execution;
- Chair CBMC related meetings and be responsible for delivering follow up actions
- Lead CBGHK Managing through Journeys Office to drive Managing through Journeys progress together with Transformation Group and Regional CBG Office;
- Be the country subject matter expert in Managing through Journeys framework to coach and guide CBG performance cells to develop along the Managing through Journeys Maturity Model;
- Participate in squad or cell meetings when necessary to provide guidance or intervention to steer Managing through Journeys development
- Act as CBG MyVoice Champions and conduct regular reviews with CBMC to derive actions for improving overall BU score;
- Conduct survey result deep dive (e.g. dipstick survey, MyVoice survey, other ad hoc surveys, etc.) to uncover insights for follow up actions
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience from banking industry or consulting for financial services
- Good understanding on retail banking products offered by Consumer Banking Group will be a plus
- Stakeholder Management – Be able to manage multiple senior stakeholders
- Storytelling - Ability to craft and deliver a compelling narrative
- Project Management – Be able to plan and deliver cross functional initiatives
- Ability to manage ambiguity and devise next step actions towards end outcome
- Strong PowerPoint skills for crafting business narrative
- Strong data assessment skills to derive insights from multiple dataset
- Good command of English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)

Your ‘day to day’
We are looking for a diligent and results-oriented Business Planning Analyst (12months contract) to support the Manager of Business Planning for PMI Duty Free business in Asia. As a finance business partner you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial analyses and insights that contribute to the decision-making process of the Asia BU. As a trusted finance business partner, you will collaborate closely with the Asia commercial teams and HQ finance team to drive financial management and performance analysis. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the business and achieving key objectives.
Business Strategy, Planning, Budgeting & Rolling Forecasts
- Manage the preparation of rolling forecasts and OB, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and incorporating key assumptions.
- Provide analyses on volume and financial results against budget and provide monthly updates on YTD & RF financials vs Budget / RFs.
- Support Commercial Planning/B2B teams by providing financial analyses on commercial initiatives, generating scenarios, and making recommendations to achieve objectives.
- Prepare pricing committee approval for proposed pricing initiatives.
- Oversee the end-to-end process for planned and ad-hoc price change decisions.
- Collaborate with the Pricing Office to identify pricing opportunities and ensure timely execution throughout the financial year.
- Assist commercial teams in evaluating the return on investment for initiatives, providing guidance and support for investment decisions, and establishing metrics and targets.
- Present decision options to improve business results, based on clear commercial and functional drivers.
- Contribute to the development of business and commercial scenarios, considering high-level financial impact.
- Prepare timely and accurate reports on business performance.
- Support corporate audits by addressing queries and ensuring the availability of requested supporting documents.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and conduct additional analysis as required.
- University degree in quantitative fields: Pure/Applied sciences, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance roles, prior exposure to regional role and working with teams in different geographies
- Experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering roles.
- Knowledge of financial forecasting, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in the duty-free or retail industry is desirable but not a must.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker to join our team as Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy, Global Accounts . This role will help shape the future of Agoda’s Key Accounts supply pillar by driving its growth and optimization to the next level. As a critical bridge between our Key Accounts team and senior leadership, you will provide strategic direction and ensure the team is aligned with Agoda’s broader objectives.
This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and influence the long-term strategy of Agoda’s Key Accounts in the supply space. The ideal candidate will bring a consulting mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on execution capabilities.
In This Role, You’ll Get To
Strategy & Direction:
- Develop and implement a cohesive strategy for the Key Accounts team to guide future growth and optimization.
- Build tailored, chain-specific strategies to empower account management teams in driving performance and achieving their goals.
- Conduct thorough analyses to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Translate data insights into compelling narratives and business cases, and present findings to senior leadership in a clear and impactful manner.
- Act as a trusted problem-solver, providing proactive support to account management teams in navigating day-to-day challenges.
- Drive the execution of high-impact projects and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Develop and enhance tools, processes, and metrics to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the availability of accurate data and analytics for informed decision-making.
- Be hands-on when needed, ensuring the quality and timeliness of outputs.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and liaison between Key Account Managers and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and goals.
- Collaborate across functions, including product, marketing, finance, and operations, to execute strategic initiatives and address key challenges.
- Identify and address needs from the Key Accounts team and transform them into actionable initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Agoda departments
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- Experience:
- 6–8 years in management consulting or strategy-focused roles, ideally in e-commerce, OTAs, or travel.
- Experience managing large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities; proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial and results-driven with a “get-it-done” attitude.

We are looking for an insurance product specialist (Wealth Planning) to strengthen our product distribution business; and promote regular product programme with comfortable starting size to increase product penetration. The role is to manage the end-to-end product cycle and relationship building with clients and stakeholders.
Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Provide wealth planning solutions, primarily using insurance/trust products, to high net worth and corporate clients for estate planning, succession planning, and asset protection
- Act as an expert resource for wealth planning and insurance/trust products, supporting both prospects and existing clients
- Achieve business goals and address client inquiries regarding insurance/trust products through client meetings and calls
- Conduct product training and assist stakeholders in understanding the benefits of wealth planning structures and insurance/trust products
- Organize client seminars and special events related to wealth planning
- Continuously educate stakeholders/clients by preparing write-ups to promote wealth planning and insurance brokerage business
- Support the marketing team in developing strong client relationships
- Maintain relationships with external parties such as insurance companies/brokers to facilitate solution design and implementation
- Foster strong working relationships with relationship managers to identify specific client needs and promote targeted campaigns
Requirements
- Degree or above with major in Finance, Economics or related disciplines; professional qualification of CFP/FLMI/CPA/FRM is preferred
- Stable career history with relevant product advisory experience in financial institution preferably private banking/wealth management/insurance business in high-net-worth and corporate client segment
- Requires extensive knowledge with tax and regulatory with jurisdictions of dedicated market(s) and case management experience is a plus
- Solid client facing experience is a must with strong understanding of private client distribution and MCV client relationship management
- Available to travel and team player with strong presentation and analytical skills
- Strong judgment and high level of professional and personal integrity
- Strong cultural sense command of written English / Chinese and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English
