JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, operate and maintain landfill gas extraction, treatment and utilization facilities along with the Leachate Treatment Plant
• Perform professional engineering works for Combined Heat and Power System, Landfill Gas Flaring System, Gas Collection System, and Leachate Treatment System to meet performance and environmental standards
• Support facilities upgrading and modification projects to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and performance
• Ensure timely maintenance and works execution meeting safety, availability, reliability, and efficiency requirements
• Monitor and analyze operational data from all process plant machinery, including gas data, generator operations, electricity consumption, and gas capture metrics
• Assist in routine work planning, parts sourcing and inventory management, and coordinate cross-departmental Process Plant activities
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Chemical or Environmental Engineering or job-related discipline
• Min. 1 years of related experience or similar position preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Driving license is preferred
• Construction Safety (Green Card) Training

Department: Transmission Implementation

Responsibilities:

• Ensure site operations are running smoothly
• Planning, coordinating daily site task
• Site inspections, quality checks, site works' recording and reporting
• Ensure the project milestones / deliverable to be completed on time, within agreed cost and meet the required quality standard
• Optical Fibre Cable network planning and design

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent in Telecommunications or relevant to the industry
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Telecoms is preferable
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated with strong problem solving skills
• Excellent knowledge on Fixed Telecommunication Network services
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Perform professional engineering works for Leachate Treatment, Gas Engine, Gas Flaring, and Gas Collection/Extraction Systems to meet performance and environmental standards.
2. Assist in upgrades and modifications to enhance effectiveness, efficiency, and performance standards.
3. Monitor process plant instruments (pH meters, DO meters, ORP meters, temperature and pressure gauges) for optimal facility operation.
4. Maintain and analyze operation logs, SCADA logs, and other process plant records to improve operating performance.
5. Prepare maintenance schedules, source parts and materials, and maintain inventory records for effective facility repair and maintenance.
6. Supervise sub-contractor works and coordinate with other sections/departments for process plant activities.
