Job functions:

• Lead and monitor a team of engineers to participate in developing, implementing and maintaining production processes, and respective trouble shooting
• Responsible for monitoring the production yield, the standard times and cycle times of production, quality and cost
• Formulate and implement process optimization strategies to align with company goals
• Lead to conduct production processes analysis and identify improvement areas in terms of productivities, efficiency, and cost effectiveness
• Design and execute the layout changes for operational excellence
• Identify and plan for the implementation of the automation, operational streamlines, and continuous improvement initiatives, and drive for the results
• Develop and monitor the maintenance of the standard SOPs and work instructions
• Remove non-value added and reduce wastes by monitoring machine and equipment performance and data, and take improvement or corrective action
• Develop and maintain the tooling and fixture; design the craftsmanship and skillful technique
• Drive across internal and external stakeholders for the process development and improvement
• Provide training and coaching on the up-dated industrial practices and new processes
• Perform ad hoc assignment by management

Requirements:

• University Degree or above in Manufacturing / Industrial engineering or related disciplines
• 8 Years relevant experience in manufacturing process design, automation, jig & fixture design, and re-engineering, with minimum 3 years in managerial position
• Knowledge or experience in Industry 4.0, Lean manufacturing is highly preferable
• Experience in printing industry is highly preferred
• Strong leadership with excellent analytical skills and result oriented
• Good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Workbase in Dongguan (China)
• Frequent travel to Vietnam is required

We are looking for a Process Re-engineering Manager to join our client who are in Manufacturing sector.

Duties:

• Creating and implementing operational frameworks and guidelines for seamless collaboration between various teams, including Compliance and Risk Management.
• Leading projects to enhance operational flows, which includes defining user requirements, executing testings, and preparing for rollouts.
• Managing production documentation by writing, updating, and re-engineering manuals and procedures.
• Organizing staff meetings to discuss compliance, operations, and policy updates.
• Providing training and guidance to ensure effective communication of processes to all staff.
• Monitoring and resolving issues raised by Audit, Compliance, and Quality Assurance teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 8 -10 years of experience in continuous improvement, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP certification is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently in China and Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Group board members to execute business plans and projects within set budgets and deadlines
• Manage Group projects related to new business ventures, regulatory updates, and system implementations
• Ensure the Group's processes, policies, and procedures are established and maintained
• Work closely with front office teams to enhance efficiency in transaction handling and execution
• Foster clear communication and proper information flow across the organization
• Engage in special projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Business or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years' of operational experiences supporting senior management in the financial services industry
• A must: Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in operations of wealth management industries including fund structures and in particular Private Equity Fund
• Proven and excellent project management skills
• Great interpersonal skills and able to communicate well with senior management
• High level of discipline and integrity with positive attitude and ability to work independently
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese with fluency in Putonghua
