  • Managing and overseeing daily operations, including ensure the productivity and service quality control.

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma and above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
  • Detailed minded, well organized and quick response
  • Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office applications

  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

  • Knowledge in Word, Excel (including VBA, Formula), PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently
  • Capable to handle conflict and settle argument in a reasonable manner
  • Good understanding of the regulatory authority set up and workflows in PRC

  • Liaise with Portfolio Managers to determine cash flow needs, ensuring sufficient funding for redemptions and operational issues.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks to support departmental goals and objectives.
Qualifications
  • University or college graduate in Banking, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in investment funds operations, with knowledge of Treasury Products (FX/MM, custodian functions) as a plus.
  • Holder of SFC RA 13 license is advantageous.
  • Proficient in English and Cantonese (spoken and written).
  • Detail-oriented, positive attitude, team player, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (familiarity with Macro and VBA is a plus), and PowerPoint.
  • Less experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Officer level.
