The Team/ The Business: Our client is a large global financial institution with a significant property portfolio across Hong Kong. This is a great opportunity to join a large CBRE account team delivering real estate services to our client. The Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the client's portfolio, covering transaction management, estate management, data management, and financial management.
What you will be working on:
Transaction Management
- To be responsible for lease negotiations with various Landlords/ Tenants
- To prepare business cases for Client's approvals
- To review tenancy/ licence agreements and seek legal advice if needed
- To close out the deal in a timely manner
- To monitor all lease critical dates to ensure that all Client's contractual obligations are met
- To minimize the vacancy rate of the portfolio
Estate Management
- To negotiate with Landlords/ Incorporated Owners/ Building Managers when estate management (EM) issues arise
- To coordinate with Facility Management teams on resolving EM matters
- To deal with potential claims
- To support client in annual auditing
- To work with the EM Lead to develop initiatives at a country level
- To be responsible for premises handover/ takeover and work closely with the Project team
- To attend reinstatement meetings and to conclude the reinstatement scope for the client
- To ensure consistent application of the EM playbook
- To assist the Client and collaborate with other CBRE internal teams for the portfolio revaluation
Data Management
- To work with the Data Management team to ensure data systems are updated in a timely manner
- To maintain good filing as per the client's standards
Financial Management
- To ensure payments as per agreement obligations
- To support rates/ government rent payments are as per the latest rateable value
- To follow-up on deposit refunds and rental relief (if any) from Landlords
- To support in the annual budget forecast
You are someone who can/ who possess:
- Demonstrate excellent understanding of the customer needs;
- Proactively managing customer relationships;
- Commercial acumen;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Multi-tasking and sensitive to cross-cultural exposures;
- Organising and prioritizing a large and varied workload;
- Strong Communication (verbal & written) and negotiation skills, diplomatic but assertive;
- Ability to respond effectively to highly sensitive issues;
- Fluency in English and Cantonese;

Portfolio Manager - FX Dealer

What You’ll Do As a Portfolio Manager
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing a range of different products, including FX hedging, lending, payments and cash management. You’ll upsell Ebury’s broad product capabilities, ensuring a best-in-class client proposition.
- Collaborate with a large, successful sales team to assist in business origination. Understand clients' business environments, strategies, and industry to provide the best solution for their situation using Ebury's large product suite.
- Know and understand the competition's capabilities and gaps to better position Ebury’s Banking solutions.
- Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs, including repeat and new business revenues, reducing client churn, upselling cross-selling multiple relevant products and increasing wallet-share.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through client meetings, confidently and professionally presenting ideas, proposals, and updates to clients.
- Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.
- Originate new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals.
- Strong Financial Services experience in a sales or relationship management role. An established network of contacts is a distinct advantage.
- Experience of working in an established FX institution and/or commercial bank, or selling other financial instruments to SMEs and corporate clients
- Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
- Academic background in Business or Finance is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills, able to win commitment and buy-in.
- Sophisticated technical ability; statistical/fundamental analysis & risk management practices
- Proven record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (upselling, cross-selling, new client acquisition)
- Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and strong business-level English

The Role
- We are seeking candidates with quantitative portfolio management experience and intimate knowledge of systematic strategies
- Develop systematic strategies that use statistical signals associated with various market inefficiencies applied to a broad variety of asset classes including global equities and/or ETFs, futures, currencies and options
- Independently lead, manage and grow quantitative investment portfolio (portfolio will have a separately identifiable track record)
- Autonomy to build your own research pipeline and grow your team
- 2+ years’ experience in developing systematic strategies including a verifiable track record with positive PnL and Sharpe
- Strong programming skills in mainstream quant programming languages, such as Python and C++
- Transparent and formula-based compensation

Job Description
As an ETF Portfolio Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Oversee the daily management of ETF portfolios, ensuring accurate trade execution, timely rebalancing, and adherence to the investment prospectus.
- Manage creation and redemption processes to support fund liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Handle corporate actions to ensure ETF holdings are accurately updated.
- Conduct pre-trade analysis to develop effective execution strategies, and perform post-trade reviews to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and tracking accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain the Portfolio Composition File (PCF) and produce regular reports for stakeholders and regulatory purposes.
- Monitor market trends, trading activity, and liquidity indicators to guide portfolio decisions.
- Enhance portfolio management systems, workflows, and tools to improve precision and operational effectiveness.
- Contribute to the development of ETF strategies and products, and support new product launches and business growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with authorized participants, market makers, and brokers to ensure smooth operations in both primary and secondary ETF markets.
A Successful ETF Portfolio Manager Should Have
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in ETF and public fund portfolio management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Programming skills (e.g., VBA) are advantageous; experience with FactSet, Enfusion, Bloomberg, and portfolio management platforms is highly valued.
- Familiarity with index methodologies and derivatives (e.g., futures, options) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent are preferred.
