The Sales Solution Consultant Specialist is responsible for working with the sales team in identifying clients’ needs, proposing and demonstrating the FIS Insurance actuarial solutions and works in conjunction with the sales executives to pursue high value software and services sales and business development opportunities within FIS’s current and prospective client base to achieve or exceed yearly sales goals, increase market share and maximize profits.

What You Will Be Doing
- Support FIS insurance clients in APAC (Mainly Large Regional Insurers in Hong Kong)
- Through direct communication with prospective clients, work with sales executives to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s business and solutions requirements
- Help develop and articulate the value proposition of FIS’ Prophet actuarial solution to clients
- Demonstrate the actuarial and related insurance solutions to current and prospective clients. Provide actuarial, business and technical input to RFP’s, client proposals, etc…
- In conjunction with the sales executives help manage and control the sales cycle from initial prospect contact, client needs analysis, solution presentation, completion of proposals, delivery schedules and product specifications
- Lead GTM initiatives for business development and incremental pipeline generation
- Be the client’s point of contact and co-ordinate with regional and global stakeholders

What you Bring~
- Strong background in life insurance
- Extensive actuarial modelling experience
- In depth understanding and experience of actuarial and risk modelling techniques
- Knowledge or hands on experience of using other Prophet suite solutions like Prophet Enterprise, Insurance Data Repository etc, will be an advantage
- Extensive coding experience and expertise
- Business fluency in English
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

The Job
- Function as the key point of contact between service delivery and deal pursuit
- Leading responsible to design business workflow automation solution that offer unique values to customer
- Support sales on preparation of the RFP / RFI / Tender proposal & develop Scope of work (SOW)
- Understand current operational & service frameworks and how their solutions will be managed through and after the implementation
- Analyze customer current state and match against end user requirements to create business case and solution offering

- Degree holder or qualification equivalent to Level 5 or above in the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (QF)
- At least 2 years’ Pre-sales experience or 1 year’s Pre-sales with 3 years in operations experience
- Passionate to design and demonstrate customized solutions to solve customer's business challenges
- Exposure on Business Workflow Automation (EDMS / ECM / workflow / RPA / Capturing / AI) and print room outsourcing is preferable

For more information about FUJIFILM Business Innovation Hong Kong, please call the customer support center at +852 2513 2513 or visit our website BI’s Solution Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and will connect with our clients to shape and design solutions for custom projects using the latest technologies, and to develop fit-for-purpose solutions designs that go beyond today’s digital world and fundamentally address clients business challenges.
The Job
- Function as the key point of contact between service delivery and deal pursuit
- Leading responsible to design business workflow automation solution that offer unique values to customer
- Support sales on preparation of the RFP / RFI / Tender proposal & develop Scope of work (SOW)
- Understand current operational & service frameworks and how their solutions will be managed through and after the implementation
- Analyze customer current state and match against end user requirements to create business case and solution offering
- Work with Subject Matter Expert on technical infrastructure, software development and operation on overall design & co-ordination to develop POC and solution demonstration
- Degree holder or qualification equivalent to Level 5 or above in the Hong Kong Qualifications Framework (QF)
- At least 2 years’ Pre-sales experience or 1 year’s Pre-sales with 3 years in operations experience
- Passionate to design and demonstrate customized solutions to solve customer's business challenges
- Exposure on Business Workflow Automation (EDMS / ECM / workflow / RPA / Capturing / AI) and print room outsourcing is preferable
- Domain knowledge in Insurance / Banking / Entertainment / Hospitality industry is preferable
- Knowledge on ITIL, Process improvement tools, Project Management related experience is much preferred
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Ensure compliance with FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security Rule, Policies and procedures at all time
- Responsible for maintaining security of all FUJIFILM Business Innovation information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handling of FUJIFILM Business Innovation documents and records
- Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to FUJIFILM Business Innovation Information Security requirements
- Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure
- Failing to comply with the security policies could be subject to disciplinary action, potentially including termination of employment or contract and/or prosecution
- 12 days' annual leave
- Blissful leave of maximum 25 days per year (including birthday leave, wedding anniversary leave, children graduation leave, volunteer leave, pet healthcare leave, home purchase, etc)
- 5 days work week & bank holiday
- Clinical, hospitalization and dental insurance

- Responsible for the requirement analysis, technical compliance, design, demo, architecture of the proposed solution
- Collaborate closely with Post-sales team to ensure a smooth transition after a deal is closed
- Responsible for product evaluation, configuration and testing of the solution
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Understanding of the business and technology aspects of Software (experience in requirements gathering, demos, presentations, proof of concept and solution design will be an advantage)
- Able to articulate solutions to customers in terms of functional, technical and security aspect of the proposed solutions
- Good team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in Printing Industry and Customer Communications Solutions will be an added advantage
