Join a growing global procurement team as a Procurement Specialist supporting sourcing and supplier management across technology and non-technology categories in the APAC region.

  • End-to-end responsibility for sourcing and procurement of hardware, software, professional services, co-location and telecom
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on project needs, timelines, and supplier performance
  • Manage full procurement lifecycle including RFP/RFP execution, PO creation, invoice verification, and vendor negotiations
  • Draft and redline commercial contracts in partnership with legal
  • Apply creative commercial strategies to ensure optimal vendor outcomes while maintaining compliance
  • Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

Requirements:

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience with strong knowledge of RFPs, MSAs, and SOWs
  • Excellent communicator with strong contract and commercial understanding
  • Proven ability to lead procurement processes across multiple stakeholders and regions
  • Strategic yet hands-on; able to manage daily procurement operations alongside broader initiatives
  • Fluency in English required; ability to read Chinese preferred

Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Procurement Specialist to our growing global Procurement team. In this role, you’ll provide end-to-end sourcing and procurement support for technology services and non-technology services in the APAC region, which includes hardware, software, professional services, IT, co-location and telecom.

Additional responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to anticipate needs and manage requests, ensuring alignment on key project requirements and expected outcomes
  • Developing vendor partnerships through effective communication and ensuring supplier performance aligns with our business goals
  • Managing end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase order creation and invoice verification
  • Developing and executing RFX processes (RFQs, RFPs, etc.) in the APAC region
  • Negotiating and redlining agreements in collaboration with our Legal team
  • Demonstrating initiative in resolving discrepancies, following up and closing procurement challenges and issues
  • Using creative negotiation strategies and tactics to engage with vendors and formulating contracts that meet our needs while ensuring compliance
  • Collaborating with the wider Procurement team to promote best practices

About You

  • Have 5-10 years of related experience, and a deep understanding of RFPs, MSAs and SOWs
  • Exceptional communicator; can articulate complex procurement terms and conditions
  • An independent worker who is confident and effective, even when direction is limited and scenarios are complex and ambiguous
  • Strong negotiator; capable of both working collaboratively and leading project management activities
  • Can balance big-picture strategic projects with daily operational tasks, like generating purchase orders
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Understanding written Chinese is preferred

This position will be in contact with QC, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Shipping Companies / Forwarders, Customers, Consumer Councils / Customs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and execute internal and external purchase orders for Delsey Europe and Asia markets.
  • Monitor and execute internal and external sales orders for Delsey Asia markets.
  • Provide administrative support for Procurement and Sales order management
  • Any ad hoc projects as assigned by the manager

Requirements

  • Degree in business, commerce, supply chain or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role and Industry (Luggage) is an advantage
  • Experience in Purchase Order and Sales administration; order management and follow-up.
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, and able to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking and good problem-solving.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and ERP systems, i.e. Business Central
  • Good command of both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

Regional Sales and Production Coordination

Supplier Delivery Management and Coordination

Qualifications

Job Description
Reports To : Senior Manager, Procurement & Sales Admin
The primary objective of this role is to provide operational and administrative support in invoicing and managing customer orders (both internal and external) for finished goods.
This position will be in contact with QC, Logistics, Finance, Sales, Shipping Companies / Forwarders, Customers, Consumer Councils / Customs.
Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and execute internal and external purchase orders for Delsey Europe and Asia markets.
  • Monitor and execute internal and external sales orders for Delsey Asia markets.
  • Provide administrative support for Procurement and Sales order management
  • Any ad hoc projects as assigned by the manager
Requirements
  • Degree in business, commerce, supply chain or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role and Industry (Luggage) is an advantage
  • Experience in Purchase Order and Sales administration; order management and follow-up.
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, and able to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
  • Critical thinking and good problem-solving.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and ERP systems, i.e. Business Central
  • Good command of both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Regional Sales and Production Coordination

  • Lead regional sales and production coordination meetings, provide ATP based on regional demand forecasts, identify supply-demand gaps, and propose response strategies and supply plans, collaborating with regional marketing to determine consensus forecasts.
  • Develop regional S&OP plans to provide inputs for company-level S&OP planning.

Supply Planning Development and Optimization

  • Develop executable supply commitments (ATP) based on front-end sales forecasts and supply capacity assessments.
  • Create and optimize supply plans, quickly adjusting supply solutions in response to demand changes, capacity fluctuations, or supply interruptions.

Medium and Long-term Capacity Planning

  • Assess medium and long-term capacity needs based on market trends, sales forecasts, and supply resources, and develop capacity planning proposals.
  • Establish capacity allocation models based on factory capacity levels, item lead times, and capacity utilization rates to optimize capacity utilization and delivery efficiency across factories.

Supplier Delivery Management and Coordination

  • Monitor supplier delivery KPI achievement and manage supplier delivery performance assessments.
  • Lead sales and production coordination meetings with key suppliers, managing suppliers' ATP and overall delivery performance.
  • Oversee supplier inventory management (including finished goods and materials), following up on slow-moving inventory handling solutions and progress.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in supply chain management; candidates with CSCP, CPIM, or other supply chain management certifications are preferred.
  • Over 5 years of supply chain planning experience, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Possess a holistic perspective on the supply chain, capable of systematically designing capacity planning and allocation solutions.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, able to drive cross-organizational resource integration and collaboration.
