Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Procurement Specialist to our growing global Procurement team. In this role, you’ll provide end-to-end sourcing and procurement support for technology services and non-technology services in the APAC region, which includes hardware, software, professional services, IT, co-location and telecom.
Additional responsibilities of the role will include:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to anticipate needs and manage requests, ensuring alignment on key project requirements and expected outcomes
- Developing vendor partnerships through effective communication and ensuring supplier performance aligns with our business goals
- Managing end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase order creation and invoice verification
- Developing and executing RFX processes (RFQs, RFPs, etc.) in the APAC region
- Negotiating and redlining agreements in collaboration with our Legal team
- Demonstrating initiative in resolving discrepancies, following up and closing procurement challenges and issues
- Using creative negotiation strategies and tactics to engage with vendors and formulating contracts that meet our needs while ensuring compliance
- Collaborating with the wider Procurement team to promote best practices
About You
- Have 5-10 years of related experience, and a deep understanding of RFPs, MSAs and SOWs
- Exceptional communicator; can articulate complex procurement terms and conditions
- An independent worker who is confident and effective, even when direction is limited and scenarios are complex and ambiguous
- Strong negotiator; capable of both working collaboratively and leading project management activities
- Can balance big-picture strategic projects with daily operational tasks, like generating purchase orders
- Fluency in English is required
- Understanding written Chinese is preferred
- Seniority level Mid-Senior level

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Procurement process: Develop and execute a procurement strategy that ensures access to competitive rewards while optimizing cost and supplier terms.
- Supplier Negotiation & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with global brands and key retailers across Southeast Asia, securing competitive pricing and exclusive deals.
- Category & Supplier Expansion: Identify and onboard new suppliers to diversify and enhance our rewards catalog.
- Operational Excellence: Drive improvements in procurement KPIs, including cost savings, supplier performance, and procurement efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations and finance teams to align procurement efforts with business goals and customer demand.

Qualifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic VP with a focus on Operational Excellence and Vendor Management. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy and data driven individual who has a track record of leading and doing the day to day operations.
+ Vendor Management:
+ Develop and implement policies for vendor management, including performance tracking and reporting.
+ Ensure on time high quality data delivery with a single pane of glass for data pipeline observability and support
+ Partner cross-functionally to enhance existing data sets and vendor operations, eliminating manual inputs and ensuring high quality, and onboarding new data sets
+ Lead change while ensuring daily operational excellence, quality, and control
+ Ops Excellence:
+ Develop, monitor, and manage capacity management for multiple vendors
+ Perform monthly variance analysis on KPI and provide insights to internal stakeholders
+ Collaborate with leaders to identify efficiency opportunities on new and existing datasets

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Global Supply Chain Director to lead our overseas on-demand supply chain operations, specifically catering to the fast fashion industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in optimizing supply chain setups and a deep understanding of global markets, with a particular focus on the European market. This role is crucial for ensuring that we meet the demands of both internal and external clients efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain, focusing on developing new vendors and nearshore production, and enhancing overall efficiency to cope with the company's fast growth in the global market.
- Overseas Operations Management: Build and manage an on-demand supply chain network in key international markets, particularly in Europe, to ensure timely and cost-effective fulfillment of orders.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure reliability and quality in the supply chain.
- Capacity Management: Oversee the planning and management of production to ensure they align with demand forecasts and business objectives. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize capacity utilization.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process, implementing changes to enhance performance and reduce waste.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external clients to provide updates on supply chain performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in supply chain management, experience in the European fast fashion industry is preferred.
- Global Market Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of global supply chain dynamics, with a deep understanding of the European market.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, with a track record of developing and mentoring junior staff.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in supply chain management software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, with a strong understanding of international business practices.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English. Proficiency in another European language (e.g., Spanish, French, German) is highly desirable.
- Certifications: Professional certifications such as CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management), CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), or Six Sigma are a plus.

- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, particularly in logistics and transportation.
- A minimum of 5 years in all rounded experience in shipping , inventory management experience is advantage;
- Solid experience in ERP system, SAP is preferrable;
- Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to peers and management;
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to pick up ad hoc tasks; with a can-do attitude;
- Attention to detail; with the ability to identify gaps and discrepancies;
- Multi-tasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner;
- Business level English communication skills required;
- Ideally holds a relevant university degree
