Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proactively stay up-to-date with the USA & Europe market and industry trends by conducting research and analysis.
- Design and develop jewellery products with high standards of quality and craftsmanship according to product planning and creative direction.
- Work closely with design and production teams regarding customers' designs and orders;
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge design specifications and production feasibility.
- Actively assist in prototyping process ensure high quality and completeness.
- Overseas trips for meetings & to attend international jewellery exhibitions is required.
- Occasional travel to China may be required.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in Design or related discipline
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Self-motivated, detail-minded with good communication & presentation skills
- Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Overseas study or experience in living overseas is an advantage.
