Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

We are seeking a senior investment professional with deep cross-domain expertise spanning traditional finance and digital assets (crypto). The ideal candidate will lead the design, due diligence, and management of investment products - including derivatives, yield strategies, discretionary portfolios, and fund investments, for institutional and UHNW clients. This role bridges crypto know-how and institutional-grade financial rigor, ensuring that digital asset opportunities are structured, evaluated, and managed with the same diligence and governance as traditional investments.

Your AMINA To-Do List

Product Strategy & Structuring

  • Design, evaluate, and manage crypto and traditional investment products including derivatives, yield products, structured solutions, and discretionary portfolios.
  • Bridge traditional and digital markets by identifying synergies between TradFi instruments (FX, structured notes, funds) and crypto-native opportunities (DeFi yield, tokenized products, staking, etc.).
  • Structure and execute digital asset investment vehicles for UHNW and institutional investors.

Fund & Investment Due Diligence

  • Conduct in-depth due diligence on external fund managers (both traditional and crypto funds), including strategy, risk, performance, operations, and compliance reviews.
  • Prepare investment recommendations and reports for internal committees and clients.

Portfolio Management & Allocation

  • Contribute to discretionary portfolio construction and optimization - balancing exposure across public markets, alternatives, and digital assets.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, manage risk, and align allocations with client mandates and market outlooks.

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Develop relationships across the crypto and traditional finance ecosystems - including exchanges, OTC desks, funds, custodians, family offices and regulators.
  • Identify and onboard strategic partners for new products and co-investment opportunities.

Research & Insights

  • Stay current with emerging trends in DeFi, blockchain, tokenization, and regulatory developments.
  • Provide thought leadership, market insights, and client education on digital asset opportunities and risks.
Your golden ticket to the AMINA team:
  • 10–15 years of mixed experience in investment product management, trading, or strategy within global markets, asset management, or family office environments.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • CFA, CAIA, or other relevant certifications preferred
  • Proven track record with both traditional derivatives (FX, metals, rates, or structured products) and crypto asset products (yield, derivatives, funds, DeFi protocols).
  • Demonstrated experience in fund due diligence and/or portfolio management for UHNW or institutional clients.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, liquidity, and pricing for complex financial instruments.
  • Ability to evaluate new investment products, assess counterparties, and perform qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills — across family offices, fund managers, and trading firms.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen and a global network in the digital asset space.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a must
