We're now looking for a China-based, fluent English-speaking Supply Chain & Product Development Manager to take full ownership of our supply chain — from factory to customer — while helping us develop new, high-impact products under our own label.
About the Role
This is not a typical operations job. You’ll be a strategic operator and product innovator rolled into one, working directly with our Chinese suppliers, shoe manufacturer, and logistics partners to develop new white-label and custom footwear products (including mold development).
You’ll manage end-to-end supply chain flow, implement lean inventory systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and brand consistency.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead product development projects from concept to launch
- Work with manufacturers to create white-label and custom footwear (incl. packaging and mold development)
- Negotiate MOQs, pricing, lead times, and prototypes directly with suppliers
- Optimize procurement, production, and fulfillment processes
- Align closely with our shipping agent for reliable, efficient final-mile delivery
- Forecast demand, manage inventory, and avoid over/understock situations
- Use tools like Mabang ERP and Shopify for product and inventory management
- Track and report on KPIs such as delivery speed, error rate, and landed cost
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, CX, Fulfillment) for product alignment
Who You Are
- Based in China and fluent in English (written and spoken)
- 3+ years in supply chain or product development (ideally in e-commerce)
- Skilled in supplier management, pricing negotiation, and logistics coordination
- Experienced with packaging upgrades, white label, or custom product development
- Proficient with Shopify, Mabang ERP, and Excel
- Familiar with JIT systems and lean inventory practices
- A clear communicator who can own processes and drive improvements

They are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to streamline their global supply chain and drive efficiency in their supply chain operations.
Job Responsibilities- Manage procurement, inventory, and logistics for electronics components.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce lead times, minimize costs, and enhance sustainability.
- Collaborate with suppliers, engineering, and sales teams to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Develop risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
- Oversee logistics and distribution to ensure timely delivery to domestic and international markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in procurement, vendor management, and global logistics.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain analytics tools.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
