IT Production Control Assistant (Ref: TJ)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the program migration for controlled environments such as Production, UAT and DR environments during office hours and after office hours (i.e. mid-night of business days, weekend, statutory holiday) on need basis.
- Report duties on roster basis of 2 shifts Early Shift (09:00-18:00) and Late Shift (13:00-22:00).
- Assist in the running of IT Service Management Processes.
- Provide routine hands-on support to BRS (Backup & Recovery System) such as NetBackup, Azure Backup, Cohesity, Veeam on need basis.
- Give advice to Support Team to facilitate the smooth program/system migration jobs & tasks.
- Support Infrastructure Team in scheduling security patches patching for Windows servers on need basis.
- Support various audits such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, external & internal audits if necessary.
Requirements
- Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE (including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics).
- Preferably with diploma in Computer Studies or related IT certifications.
- A minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in program migration & deployment to different environments such as UNIX-based, Windows-based, mobile apps, pipelines, etc.
- Familiar with UNIX, Linux and Windows Servers preferred.
- Familiar with IT operational best practices, including change management and quality assurance is an advantage.
- Self-motivate and able to work independently.
- Good attitude and cross-team collaboration work.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Can communicate in Cantonese and English with Mandarin an advantage.
