Join our Corporate Analyst Development Program as a Summer Analyst and take your career to the next level through hands-on experience, relevant skills training and valuable professional networking.
This 9-week internship serves as a talent pipeline for our full-time, 2-year rotational Corporate Analyst Development Program.
Interns will collaborate with colleagues across various corporate and infrastructure teams (e.g., Trade Support, Collateral Operations, Custody Middle Office, Credit Middle Office, Banking Operations, Compliance Sanctions Team, Country Compliance, Client Onboarding) to drive growth, innovation, and strategy, ensuring operational effectiveness and managing risk. You'll gain hands-on experience in data analytics, process improvement, and project management, while contributing to key business projects.
Successful interns may receive an offer for the 2027 full-time Corporate Analyst Development Program, gaining exposure to three different teams across program disciplines within corporate and infrastructure sectors.
Job Summary
As a Summer Analyst in the Corporate Analyst Development Program, you'll develop foundational skills within one of our lines of business or corporate functions, focusing on Analytics, Project Management, or Process Improvement .
You'll build your knowledge, network, and experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, making meaningful contributions while developing professional expertise. Gain insight into key business projects and initiatives across the firm and see how our businesses come together to serve clients globally.
Job Responsibilities
- Analytics: Lead or participate in projects involving data analysis methods driven by business needs. Identify connections between business opportunities, challenges, and underlying data, and compile and present analysis to stakeholders concisely and effectively.
- Project Management: Drive various phases of a project life cycle, engaging with resources and building relationships to meet project goals. Track, analyze, report, and address project issues while identifying, documenting, and vetting potential solutions.
- Process Improvement: Lead or participate in developing critical initiatives, including improvements in process, organization, people, and technology. Collect, consolidate, and organize data to perform analyses, test hypotheses, and size opportunities. Synthesize findings, formulate recommendations, and develop change support materials for improvements.
- Pursuing a degree qualification with a well-rounded academic background and expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Tableau and Alteryx is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ever-changing environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

As a Graduate in our cost management teams, you’ll work on some of the most iconic projects in the world for industry leaders, driving the commercial agenda to meet our client's expectations. As a cost manager you will be driven to create the best possible commercial outcome for your client. We do this by working as one with the wider client team including designers, architects, engineers, specialist advisors, contractors, and specialist suppliers. In addition to core cost management services our teams also provide strategic delivery and operational advice.
Your career in cost management will create a foundation for success in the future, learning about the key commercial principles, procurement and buying strategies, commercial mechanisms, and contracting arrangements. You will learn how to intelligently engage with suppliers and deliver success for our clients. You will receive leading, recognised training to become chartered with Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) plus wider training in behaviours to become a true leader.
Graduate Quantity Surveyor
- To assist in cost management commissions: cost estimates, bills of quantities, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, contract knowledge, change orders and final account close-out.
- To estimate and produce cost plans.
- To conduct cost assessments and valuations.
- To prepare cost reports.
- To liaise with the project stakeholders.

This 9-week internship serves as a talent pipeline for our full-time, 2-year rotational Human Resources Analyst Development Program.
The program offers comprehensive training, unique networking opportunities, and meaningful day-to-day work. You'll have the chance to apply your knowledge and make a significant impact while gaining hands-on experience supporting our various lines of business (Asset & Wealth Management, Commercial & Investment Banking) or our Corporate functions. You'll learn traditional Human Resource practices, including recruiting, talent development, compensation, and employee relations. Additionally, you'll be immersed in cutting-edge HR capabilities, such as data literacy, design thinking, and other commercial skills.
Successful interns may receive an offer for the 2027 full-time Human Resources Analyst Development Program, gaining exposure to three different teams across the function.
Job Summary
As a Summer Analyst in the Human Resources Analyst Development Program, you'll participate in a 9-week internship designed for top students pursuing a career in Human Resources. You'll have the opportunity to build your network, interact with senior leaders, expand your professional skills, and gain experience in a diverse environment. The program provides an exceptional foundation for success in your HR career, challenging you to grow and acquire essential skills for the dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to strategies and projects in areas such as compensation, recruiting, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop in-depth HR acumen across areas like Talent and Employee Experience, HR Global Operations, Total Rewards, Conduct, and Policy.
- Support your aligned teams with initiatives and day-to-day work to help the business and our employees thrive.
- Pursuing a degree qualification with a well-rounded academic background and expected graduation of December 2026 through June 2027.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- An interest in Human Resources, evidenced through coursework, internships, and/or extracurricular activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
