As our Project and Design Officer, you will support the execution of retail design and store presentation projects by providing design development, project coordination, and high quality 3D renderings. The Role
- Support the planning and execution of store presentation projects from concept to completion.
- Liaise with internal teams (visual merchandising, marketing, retail operations) and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
- Develop conceptual and detailed design proposals for store layouts, fixtures, and visual merchandising elements.
- Produce high-quality 3D renderings, mood boards, and visual presentations to communicate design intent.
- Assist in the creation of technical drawings and design documentation for production and implementation.
- Maintain and organize design assets, templates, and rendering libraries.
The Ideal Candidate
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 3–4 years of experience in design and project coordination, preferably in retail or hospitality environments.
- Proficient in 3D rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, or equivalent)
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other drafting tools is a plus.
- Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

- Participate in the construction and setting of standard operation procedure for newly established overseas Data Centers, which include but not limited to technical design, research and innovation works
- Collaborate with other departments to create strategic development plan for overseas Data Centers
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines
- At least 7 years project management experience in project delivery experience in Data Center or relevant Facility MEP Construction
- Must be familiar with Data Center Facility system including but not limited to Electrical System, Cooling system, Security System, Fire Protection System, Building Management System, etc.
- Be familiar with Project Management Skills, including but not limited to Integrated Management, Progress Management, Quality Management, Procurement Management, Cost Management, etc.
- Candidate must understand the Hong Kong’s local construction regulations, including but not limited to work permit
- Qualified Mechanical / Electrical Engineer is preferred
- Possess any working knowledge towards Data Center building management system, structured cabling system, IT infrastructure system and network technology is an advantage
- Excellent Command of written & spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage

Report to the General Manager, Strategy Planning & OEM. The Head of Design and Construction, VDO Project will oversee the entire design and development process of the airframe maintenance facility. This role is responsible for specifying, optimizing and executing the facility technical and user requirements with key counterparties
What You'll Do
Safety:
- Oversee safety protocols and procedures for the design and construction of the facility.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Project Planning And Coordination
- Oversee the entire project design to construction to operational readiness, ensuring all phases are executed according to plan from initial concept and final completion.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including design firms, owner’s representative, contractors, procurement functions and airframe maintenance operational teams, to deliver project milestones and objectives.
Resource Marshall and Allocation :
- Ensure and coordinate the availability and efficient use of support resources, including MM, facilities team, and personnel, to meet project requirements.
Compliance
- Maintain strict adherence to aviation regulations, building standards, and quality control measures throughout the project.
Budget And Cost Management
- Monitor project costs, conduct variance analysis, and implement cost-saving measures to ensure the project stays within budget.
Schedule Management
- Develop and manage project schedules, tracking progress, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues promptly to minimize project disruptions.
Communication
- Facilitate regular meetings, provide updates, and ensure clear communication among all project participants.
Sustainability
- Ensure that projects are designed and constructed in compliance with HAECO environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to integrate sustainable design principles into project plans and activities.
- Promote the use of eco-friendly materials and construction methods to reduce the project's carbon footprint.
What You'll Need
1. Functional and other Relevant Experience
- 10+ years of experience in broad MRO industry, with a focus on broad airframe operations.
- Extensive experience in greenfield design and construction, airframe operational systems and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of overseeing project implementation from start to end.
- Experience with working with internal and external stakeholders is essential.
2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of broad MRO operations and understanding of other MRO technologies.
- Strong understanding of design and construction processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential, a good command of Cantonese and Vietnamese is advantageous.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker to join our team as Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy, Global Accounts . This role will help shape the future of Agoda’s Key Accounts supply pillar by driving its growth and optimization to the next level. As a critical bridge between our Key Accounts team and senior leadership, you will provide strategic direction and ensure the team is aligned with Agoda’s broader objectives.
This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and influence the long-term strategy of Agoda’s Key Accounts in the supply space. The ideal candidate will bring a consulting mindset, strong analytical skills, and hands-on execution capabilities.
In This Role, You’ll Get To
Strategy & Direction:
- Develop and implement a cohesive strategy for the Key Accounts team to guide future growth and optimization.
- Build tailored, chain-specific strategies to empower account management teams in driving performance and achieving their goals.
- Conduct thorough analyses to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Translate data insights into compelling narratives and business cases, and present findings to senior leadership in a clear and impactful manner.
- Act as a trusted problem-solver, providing proactive support to account management teams in navigating day-to-day challenges.
- Drive the execution of high-impact projects and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Develop and enhance tools, processes, and metrics to improve team efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the availability of accurate data and analytics for informed decision-making.
- Be hands-on when needed, ensuring the quality and timeliness of outputs.
- Serve as a strategic advisor and liaison between Key Account Managers and leadership to ensure alignment on priorities and goals.
- Collaborate across functions, including product, marketing, finance, and operations, to execute strategic initiatives and address key challenges.
- Identify and address needs from the Key Accounts team and transform them into actionable initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Agoda departments
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
- Experience:
- 6–8 years in management consulting or strategy-focused roles, ideally in e-commerce, OTAs, or travel.
- Experience managing large, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities; proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on tight deadlines.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial and results-driven with a “get-it-done” attitude.
