Responsibilities:
- Monitor overall project management including Design and Build tendering, budgetary planning, cost control, negotiation to execution, quality control, monitor safety issues and site progress
- Manage and review the on-going projects by breaking down the construction method into detail working sequences to ensure the key performance goals and timelines in progress and budget cost are met
- Supervise the project team members, collaborate and liaise with relevant parties to oversee and ensure site works are in compliance with contractual specifications and drawings

Requirements:
- Degree in Structural / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related

Job Requirements:
- Advanced degree holder (master's degree or above)

- Experience working in NGO, ideally in a program's role is a plus
- Good understanding of mainland context / experience working with mainland government is also plus
- Proven ability to write technical reports, program documents, and deliver presentations (in English and Chinese)
- Familiarity with Mainland China's context or government collaboration is beneficial
- Good diplomatic, management, and communication skills to liaise and advocate with counterparts
- Strong ability to complete multiple assignments concurrently whilst balancing competing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Fluency in English and Mandarin with strong ability to master communication across multiple stakeholders of the projects
