• Detailed knowledge of the following disciplines: project and program delivery, portfolio management, application development management, infrastructure development management, vendor management, service transition and cutover planning

• Partner with IT and vendors to design, develop, and enhance solutions by integrating systems, data, processes, digital, and automation tools to meet business needs.
• Assist in production support to ensure smooth operation of Finance systems for end users.

• Ideally 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in a fast-paced MNC or startup environment; candidates with less experience will also be considered.
• A data-informed work style, with a user-centric approach.
• Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strategic vision and innovative thinking.
• Ability to think outside the box.
• Proficiency in evaluating and implementing digital tools and technologies such as cloud platforms, data analytics, and automation tools.
• Prior experience in Finance transformation projects.
