+ This role requires delivering high quality Client Management performance to ensure a first-class service is delivered to our clients. It is also for a Modelling Specialist to provide senior analytical and data modelling support on the assets, liabilities and cash-flows of securitisation and loan transactions, where the Issuer Services business has been mandated to perform calculation and reporting obligations on behalf of the issuer, for investors.
+ The Client Service Manager (CSM) is the dedicated client advocate for ISV clients, ensuring they receive a consistently high standard of service across the Corporate Trust business. The CSM works closely with key internal stakeholders-such as Coverage Teams, DCM, Digital Asset, ECM and Structured Finance-to coordinate support and deliver seamless client outcomes. The role will also be focused around cash-flow modelling and reporting for a wide spectrum of securitisation asset classes (RMBS, CMBS, Auto Loans, BNPL, Consumer Loans, Leases, Receivables, Student Loans, Energy Receivables and Covered Bonds) and will include the modelling, set-up and delivery of: asset/portfolio data, payment priority waterfalls, structural deal mechanics, investor reporting, portfolio performance reporting and regulatory template reporting.
+ The CSM's coverage spans a broad range of Corporate Trust solutions, including bond transactions (for example structured and conventional standalone debt, large debt programmes, structured programmes and structure finance).
+ While operations are managed separately, CSM supports all other aspects of these products. A core responsibility is overseeing post-closing, day-to-day servicing of Corporate Trust transactions-particularly large conventional and structured debt programmes in Hong Kong and across Asia Pacific. This includes responding to client enquiries, managing consent and amendment requests, monitoring covenant submissions, and conducting periodic transaction reviews.
+ To deliver smooth end-to-end client experience, the CSM partners regularly with Bank Relationship Managers, Business Development, Transaction Management, Business Support and Operations during onboarding and throughout the client lifecycle, especially when issues arise. The CSM also acts as the primary escalation point for client-related matters within their assigned portfolio.
+ This role requires building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, internal teams, partners and other offices to ensure issues are resolved promptly and to a satisfactory conclusion. The CSM is expected to take a proactive approach to client engagement, meeting clients regularly, identifying retention opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key market participants. Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our global team to work along side our Deposit balance sheet lead in Asia to contribute to the target growth and revenue objectives for the clusters. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing the balance sheet across the countries within the clusters, providing analytics and the associated insight, leading certain balance sheet initiatives to enhance financial outcome and balance sheet discipline, and playing a key partner to other team and function members to support the Balance Sheet Lead and the Cluster Heads. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing balance sheet performance, enhancing financial visibility, and supporting key regulatory and planning processes across the clusters. This position requires a proactive approach to collaboration with diverse internal stakeholders, strong analytical acumen, and the ability to influence, propose and/or resolve issues to unleash optimal growth opportunities.
**Responsibilities:**
· Work alongside Balance Sheet Leads, take guidance and support the initiatives to drive overall balance sheet optimization strategy for LMS, ensuring consistent alignment with the global balance sheet strategy; and contribute to deliver financial objectives
· In supporting role, coordinate and investigate cluster' KPIs and OKRs movements for accuracy and accountability
· Partner with Finance, Treasury, and other partners on Plan discussion, quarterly plan and outlook, Beta quarterly assessment, deposit analytics. Bridge in Segment drivers and growth targets.
· Contribute to various senior forums (cluster and country reviews; country deep dives) material reviews and material preparation, deliverables tracking and follow-ups
· Regular and ad-hoc deposit, product mix and financial impact analysis: Deposit volatility / Targets & Deposit Capacity Management, GSIB management
· In close partnership with the Fund Transfer Pricing, Capital, and Hedging Optimization Team, assess and highlight SYC issues for the countries. This entails assuring alignment with Citi policies, Citi balance sheet / central bank line limits, and market accessibility, with the expectation to challenge proposals when required.
· Support Cluster / Country balance sheet management topics that arise, guide or resolve issues
· Partner with Finance and Data Analytics teams to enhance Monthly Cluster/Client Analytics, ensuring that cluster performance visibility is consistently maintained. This also involves assuring the delivery and standardization of Key Performance Indicators.
· Drive an country deep dive process, with a primary focus on countries that have a material impact on the balance sheet and/or requires .
· Drive NIM/RLAP/ROTCE optimization initiatives in partnership with cluster and country teams, and the Optimization and Pricing Team.
· Provide support for any ad hoc requests as they might arise from the Balance Sheets Leads, Deposit Team Leads and Cluster Heads.
**Qualifications:**
· 7+ years of experience
· Experience in Product management and/or Treasury beneficial
· Previous experience in cash and liquidity management products and/or client treasury activities
· Key interest and discipline in balance sheet, driving business revenues, and turning constraints into opportunities.
**Education:**
· Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred

We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join our team as **Senior Digital Product Manager, Conversational Banking** , for the new AI bot platform (chat and voice). You'll be responsible for adopting future-state AI bot solutions, growing customer adoption of conversational channels, and increasing automation through traditional AI and GenAI. You'll work across Digital & CX and partner teams (e.g., UK, HK, Data & Analytics, Contact Centers, Wealth Solutions, Customer Segments).
Conversational Banking is globally accountable for HSBC's chat and messaging channels, delivering great customer experiences through a blend of AI and human support. HSBC is on a mission to build the world's best banking app-and that includes building the world's best conversational experience by innovating and experimenting with Generative AI and Agentic AI.
**The role holder will:**
+ Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for conversational banking platform capabilities and journeys, ensuring customer needs are met and benefits are realised over time.
+ Design, build and run digital customer experience journeys for conversational channels, working with cross-functional teams (analysts, engineers, designers, scrum teams) across locations in a lean agile environment.
+ Act as product owner/champion for one or more products; select and adapt appropriate delivery methods (predictive and/or agile).
+ Analyse market/user research, feedback, expert input and usage data to identify needs and opportunities.
+ Prioritise product requirements and own the product backlog, anticipating changes in customer/user needs to enable agile delivery.
+ Collaborate with Customer and Product value streams to shape journey design and build (including transactional chatbots).
+ Help drive the Conversational Banking product strategy, combining business strategy, external trends and market needs; bring structure to ambiguous/large-scale problems.
+ Ensure a strong understanding of how conversational channels increase customer satisfaction and reduce cost, and that delivery aligns to Group Standards.
+ Manage multiple complex responsibilities across several business areas as required.
+ Keep fair customer outcomes at the heart of delivery, aligned to Best Place to Bank principles (Make Better Products, Sell Them Properly, Keep Them Sold).
+ Continually reassess operational risks considering economic/market conditions, legal/regulatory requirements, operating practices, restructures and new technology.
**Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications:**
+ Previous experience in Digital Product Management.
+ Strong problem-solving mindset with an entrepreneurial drive; able to deconstruct problems and understand root causes.
+ Deep experience in customer-facing Conversational AI and GenAI products, ideally in banking/fintech.
+ Experience in global/regional roles delivering outcomes across diverse cultures.
+ Ability to set clear strategic direction aligned with Markets, Customer Segments and Physical Channels (preferred).
+ Extensive experience across digital product development: opportunity identification, business cases, requirements, deployment approach, execution, launch, and post-launch performance management.
+ SAFe experience, operating on quarterly planning cycles; able to ensure work is well-defined, prioritised, estimated and dependencies understood.
+ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to navigate differing viewpoints.
+ Proven ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority.
+ Data driven analytical approach to problem solving, looking to understand the underlying causes, so that we can build a global solution rather than a series of point solutions.
+ Experience of Design Thinking and leading run ahead work to explore new problems or potential ideas, bringing in Design, Analysis, Architecture and Engineering colleagues.
+ Consumer financial services industry experience and strong understanding of Digital business, while experience with travel, lifestyle, and/or other consumer product development is a strong advantage.
+ Good communication skills for navigating through business requirements, differences of opinion on approach.
+ Proven ability to build strong relationships across stakeholder groups.
+ Excellent understanding of the bank's risk framework and experience of working with second line of defence: legal, compliance, financial crime (AML & sanctions), fraud, risk.
