Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Business Teams and Stakeholders: Work closely with business teams and senior stakeholders to formulate analytics use cases, understand underlying data requirements and analytics capability needs, and effectively manage business demands and expectations

About You
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in business analysis with large corporations
  • Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end Lean Delivery processes
  • Understanding of IT Risk, cybersecurity governance, and regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to define and support capabilities required for effective IT-business interactions
  • Familiar with tools that support the Lean Delivery lifecycle and identify automation opportunities
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Lean principles
  • Familiar with IT project management and delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Knowledge in business case writing, workshop facilitation, process mapping, or customer experience and journey mapping is an advantage

We are looking for a talented, energetic Manager to fill a key position: to lead a system implementation project under client’s Digital Transformation Program, from Project Initiation to Project Rollout. This role requires to manage a team composed of onshore and offshore members and other functional teams, and work with the client side-by-side to ensure project objectives are achieved. Your disciplined Project Governance execution would help to deliver Project Tracking, communicate it to client stakeholders at all levels, and manage Project Issues, Risks and Changes.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

  • A degree from a university ranked in the QS Top 200 list. Is a must
  • 4+ years of experience with solid profiles of managing system implementation projects for enterprise customers
  • Experience managing a team size of 8+
  • Solid experience of managing offshore development teams
  • Solid experience in project planning and tracking for projects with multiple workstreams
  • Understand the project details to drive successful project delivery
  • Strong communication to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated to drive successful delivery and client relationship
  • Strong client and stakeholder management
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua is an advantage)

Overview

Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end solution delivery for internal and external applications, including SharePoint and Office 365 projects. Must have 5+ years in IT disciplines, vendor management, and enterprise project experience. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure.
  • Manage both internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Focus on developing and implementing internal and external-facing applications to enhance operational efficiency and guest engagement.
  • Oversee SharePoint and Office 365 migration and integration projects.
  • Conduct business analysis, design solutions, and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects align with organizational goals and deliver value.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT disciplines such as business analysis, project/program management, infrastructure, and application support.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end solution delivery for enterprise projects is preferred.
  • Strong ability to manage vendor relationships and internal technical teams.
  • Proficiency in managing Application / SharePoint / Office 365 projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Occasional Travel is required
