Job Summary
- Prepare all event documentation and coordinate with all parties to ensure consistent and quality service throughout all stages of hotel events
- Ensure all hotel events have a seamless turnover from sales to service and back to sales
- Higher Diploma or above in Event Management or equivalent
- 1 year of related work experience
- Effective sales skills to up-sell products and services
- Knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, banquet and event service operations
- Strong communications, presentation and platform skills
- Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate will also be considered

- Performance Tracking: Measure event success through KPIs (attendance, engagement, lead generation) and provide post-event reports.
- 2-5+ years of experience in event coordination, preferably in education, tech, or corporate training.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English and Cantonese is a plus.
- Creative problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and attendee experience.

- Responsible for content creation and management on website, blog and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, XHS/Red Note, etc.)
- Assist with copy writing, graphic editing, video editing, and other tasks related to marketing
- Perform in-depth customer and campaign analysis to enhance business performance throughout email marketing platform
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential market segments and trends
- Work closely with internal business units and external vendors on marketing and promotion initiatives
- Provide marketing support on ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Associate degree or University graduate in Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in marketing or related fields
- Knowledge in basic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva is a plus
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and be proactive with multi-tasking skills
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- More experience will be considered as Marketing Executive / Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Immediate availability / Short notice period is preferred
