My client is a sizable professional service firm in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an AM-Manager, property valuation for mainland projects.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and execute valuation assignments, carrying out project feasibility studies and other consulting work for both private and public sector
- Strong attention to the due diligence process to ensure the accurate delivery advice, calculations and information to our clients
- Be the key contact point for all enquiries from client's end - that include the valuation methodology, veracity of comparables and the rationale behind conclusion or opinions
- For managerial role, to lead and manage a team of valuers in conducting the respective valuation task. Provide guidance and coaching support to enable the successful carry out of job responsibilities that includes execution of projects, new idea pitching and trouble shooting
- Execute valuation assignments and review the market value of collateralized properties.
- Provide timely support to business units to provide accurate property valuation information.
- Handle enquiries and valuation/land search requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying/ property management/ real estate
- 3 years or above of property valuation experience, more experienced candidate for manager role
- Team player with good communication skills
- Chartered surveyer, HKIS or RICS member
- Meticulous, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word processing
