About the Role
1. Development Strategy & Feasibility Analysis
- Conduct market research and site analysis to identify development opportunities.
- Prepare and evaluate feasibility studies including financial modeling, risk assessment, and scenario planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to assess project viability.
2. Deal Sourcing & Negotiation
- Identify potential land or property acquisition targets.
- Lead negotiations with landowners, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Structure and execute development deals, including joint ventures and partnerships.
3. Project Planning & Coordination
- Liaise with planning consultants, architects, and government authorities to ensure compliance with zoning and planning regulations.
- Oversee the preparation of development proposals and investment papers for internal approval.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and construction teams throughout the development lifecycle.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with government bodies, consultants, and business partners.

5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, market trends, and investment performance.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal and external standards.
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Finance or other related disciplines
- 8 years or above experience in investment analysis, valuation on different properties
- Professional Qualification such as HKIS, RICS, CFA is an advantage
- Strategic, Good analytical and communication skills

We are seeking a Manager to join our Property Development team. With experience in deal execution and investment strategy, you will help drive high-impact transactions and long-term value.
Responsibilities
- Drive and manage the execution of business and alternative development initiatives within the real estate, infrastructure and healthcare segments, including sourcing business, leading deal negotiation, structuring transaction, and closing deal to optimize the Group's business development efforts.
- Lead the preparation of business proposals and plans of actions to lay out key resources and activities Within the identified business, industry and economic conditions for optimal risk-adjusted investment returns; recommend investment decisions, structures and strategy selection for the management's approval.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance/Real Estates or related disciplines
- Membership of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) / Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) is required
- Chartered Financial Analyst designation/ Hong Kong Institute of Planners (HKIP) is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in investment analysis/site valuation in investment banking/property development sector, with experience in deal execution for both residential and commercial projects
- Ability to work independently with good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English, Cantonese and Putonghua (preferred)
