Maintenance Officer-Property (Residential) (Ref: UJ)

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of multi-disciplinary Tradesmen for in-house and outsourced day-to-day maintenance and repair works of building fabrics and building services systems in the residential properties managed by the Corporation
  • Coordinate with respective units on work schedules and commissioning to ensure compliance with the corporate safety requirements
  • Attend meetings with residents, developers, contractors and the Owners' Committee meetings to address technical enquiries and issues

Requirements

  • Diploma / Certificate in a related engineering discipline, preferably in Building Services
  • A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience gained in residential / commercial properties
  • Solid experience in electrical and air-conditioning systems, building services systems and contractor management

Remarks

  • The above position offers a Joining Bonus of $12,000, subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme

We are hiring Administrator to support our engineering team with clerical and administrative duties. This role is ideal for candidates who excel at multitasking, have strong communication skills, and are ready to take on a variety of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Support:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding service calls, maintenance, and other requests.
  • Handle and follow up on customer service calls professionally, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with technicians and contractors to schedule service calls and maintenance jobs.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, updating them on job status and timelines.

ERP System Management:

  • Utilize ERP systems to manage job schedules, maintenance reports, and service workflows efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and reporting within the ERP system.
  • Leverage ERP tools to streamline operations and monitor progress of orders, contracts, and service jobs.

Maintenance and Tender Handling:

  • Handle the preparation and submission of maintenance tenders and service contracts.

Clerical and Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the engineering team, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Handle routine clerical duties, including:

o   Preparing quotations, order follow-ups, and contract management.

o   Maintaining accurate records through filing, data entry, and report preparation.

o   Copying and organizing documents as required.

o   Handle the preparation and submission of maintenance tenders and service contracts

  • Manage the team's WhatsApp account for effective communication and coordination.
  • Taken on additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in administrative, clerical, or customer service roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Customer centric mindset with commitment to deliver quality service.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a service environment.
  • A team player with excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, responsible, and capable of working independently with initiative.
