Responsibilities:
- Carryout routine Preventive Maintenance for PLC and SCADA System.
- Provide Corrective Maintenance and stand-by for maintenance on-call services.
- Support system engineer for fault investigation.
- Follow the work instruction to prepare the reports and archive the records.

The Job
入職要求
- 負責跑馬地會所一般機電日常保養維修工作,包括廚房、泳池設備、水泵、電燈、影音及冷氣設備系統等
- 定期巡查並對設備、設施進行預防性維護,確保有適當的工具和材料進行維修
- 監督及匯報承判商的服務質素及運作進度,確保其工作符合本會之指引及要求
- 記錄電氣和機械系統相關數據
- 向資深工程師/值班工程師匯報,並為值班技術人員提供協助
- 執行其他由上級指派的工作
- 五天工作,輪班制
- Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of general electrical and mechanical equipment of the Happy Valley Clubhouse, including kitchen machinery, pool plant, water pumps, lighting, audio-visual and air-conditioning systems etc
- Conduct regular inspection and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure that appropriate tools and materials are available for repairs
- Monitor the performance, service standard & operational progress of contractor to ensure it is up to the Club’s guidelines and requirements
- Maintain records of the electrical and mechanical data
- Report to the Senior Engineer / Duty Engineer, and provides assistance to the shift technicians
- Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by superiors
- Five-day work, on rotating shifts

The JobYou will:
Perform skilled facility maintenance and repair work for the MPE system, plant and equipment but not limited to the refrigeration, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), kitchen equipment and electrical systems of the Clubhouse by inspecting and testing elements of relevant systems to locate and diagnose faults and malfunctions and troubleshooting and perform the repair; ensure on-time delivery that meet established standards.
Perform skilled facility maintenance and repair work for the finishing but not limited to the walls, ceilings, floors, furniture, plant & equipment, projects, metalwork, woodwork, masonry and perform the repair; ensure on-time delivery that meet established standards.
Implement preventive maintenance to minimize the likelihood of a significant disruption of mechanical services (e.g. heating, cooling, plumbing, electricity) to the Clubhouse.
Implement preventive maintenance to minimize the likelihood of a significant damage of finishing (e.g. walls, ceilings, furniture and woodwork) to the Clubhouse.
To be conversant with the different decorative finishes used within and around the Club and application methods required;
Maintain proper and safe condition of all Plant, Plant Rooms, Equipment and Work areas;
To be conversant with the Clubhouse Emergency Procedures;
About YouYou should have:
Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A or R (MEP technician only)
Completion of apprenticeship in a related trade
A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience gained from hospitality industry.
Technical knowledge in air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, plumbing system and control circuit, BMS and fire systems (MEP technician only)
Technical knowledge in doing all maintenance, repairs, replacement work, painting, touch-up, carpenter and builder works. (Builder’s technician only)
Good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese

The Department
Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.

本會飲食部於跑馬地及沙田會所、跑馬地及沙田馬場、和上水雙魚河鄉村會所,為顧客提供多元化及優質餐飲服務,現誠意邀請對餐飲服務有興趣及具備有關工作經驗的人才加入。
The Job
入職要求
- 負責跑馬地會所一般機電日常保養維修工作,包括廚房、泳池設備、水泵、電燈、影音及冷氣設備系統等
- 定期巡查並對設備、設施進行預防性維護,確保有適當的工具和材料進行維修
- 監督及匯報承判商的服務質素及運作進度,確保其工作符合本會之指引及要求
- 記錄電氣和機械系統相關數據
- 向資深工程師/值班工程師匯報,並為值班技術人員提供協助
- 執行其他由上級指派的工作
- 五天工作,輪班制
- Responsible for the daily maintenance and repair of general electrical and mechanical equipment of the Happy Valley Clubhouse, including kitchen machinery, pool plant, water pumps, lighting, audio-visual and air-conditioning systems etc
- Conduct regular inspection and perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure that appropriate tools and materials are available for repairs
- Monitor the performance, service standard & operational progress of contractor to ensure it is up to the Club’s guidelines and requirements
- Maintain records of the electrical and mechanical data
- Report to the Senior Engineer / Duty Engineer, and provides assistance to the shift technicians
- Perform any other related duties as and when assigned by superiors
- Five-day work, on rotating shifts
工作性質
- 2年或以上的電力、冷氣通風、樓宇管理及消防系統保養經驗
- 具酒店、會所或物業管理經驗者將獲優先考慮
- 完成認可之學徒訓練或具同等資歷
- 須持有香港政府註冊A級或R級或以上之電業工程人員牌照
- 須持有建造業安全訓練證明書
- A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in electricity, air-conditioning and ventilation, plumbing, building management and fire protection systems maintenance
- Working experience in hotel, clubhouse or property management is highly preferred
- Completion of a recognized apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A
- Holder of the Hong Kong Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate
